He knew his fees and what percentage he charges. He wanted my address, and said that he would probably have to look at the property then call me back. He never did. I ended up calling him back . He said let me call you back, then didn't call back for almost an hour. When he finally did call it, was almost an hour later. He informed me that he didn't know about that particular area. I asked how long he had been in business. He said since 2003. I informed him that I chose someone else, he seemed annoyed that I had done so and asked why. I explained that I didn't feel comfortable about the length of time it took for him to respond to my request. I found it upsetting that he didn't call me back. He acted like he didn't know who I was when I did call him and had no assessments prepared for my specific property when I had. He does not communicate very well.

Bought 2 properties this summer...Both through Award Realty. Excellent Job!! They Answered their phone when I Called!! Most importantly they negotiated the asking prices down to save me $125,000 between the 2 properties. They have changed my idea of how a 'real estate agent' should act. My last realtor from a few years ago needs to take some lessons from Award Realty! I am a VERY happy client!! I will be listing my rental property with them in a month. I Highly Recommend this Company, especially Mario Ward!! :)

Mario was very helpful in helping me find my new family home. He is professional, what I liked most is that he took his time.
