Description of Work: The gentleman was very professional as well as an educator. He explained thoroughly what kinds of molds there are as well as what creates the conditions. There was no conflict of interest as his company only does inspection, with no remediation should mold exist. He did the air samples, with the possibility of exploring the insides of the walls should the air samples show that the quantity was not acceptable range. Visually, there was nothing that appeared like mold. In terms of smell, it definitely had a strong smell. As it turn out, there was no mold. He provided the analysis of how it came about and the numbers. Very honest, open, and caring. I chose his company based on the recommendation of a friend who was also happy with his work. In her case, they did find extensive mold.

+ -1 moreHe was really nice. There was 6% asbestos in the ceiling. My husband accidentally removed some of it. He gave us recommendations on how to handle the potential exposure, and referred us to people to remove it. He was wonderful, wonderful, WONDERFUL! We’re so grateful to him. He recommended respiratory protection and was very good at navigating the emotional landscape with us. He was really great. I was really impressed. This firm works closely with Peers for asbestos removal. They are the company where you have to dump the asbestos, but they don’t do residential removal, so we’re really glad to have found Bill.
Description of Work: I LOVED THEM!!!! He's going to bill us Monday, but we called them at 4:49pm on Friday afternoon—11 minutes before closing. Bill, a tester, even though they were closing, came out to the site, did the testing and took the sample back to the lab and tested it right away for us even though it was eating into his weekend.
