This is one of the worst service experiences ever. We were told that the first missed appointment was due to an auto accident. The second appointment was late. After a few minutes, he determined that the controller board needed to be replaced. We chose to go forward with getting the controller ordered and replaced. After two weeks waiting on the controller and the tech's availability, they scheduled for the repair. Again there a no show. We called and when someone called back, we we told there was a computer scheduling error. They scheduled for the next day, replaced the board and declared that the problem had been fixed. We were asked to run the dishwasher a full cycle with vinegar after the tech had left. The dishwasher failed later that same day in the same manner as before. We called again. It is important to note that you don't talk to anyone during business hours, you only get to leave messages and wait for your call to be returned. We asked the tech to come out again. They scheduled for the day after Christmas. When no one came, we called and were told they didn't schedule for that day, but would schedule another appointment two days later. Again they didn't come or call. We called, they again blamed the computer. We scheduled again. This time, the tech did come. He stated that the prior diagnosis wasn't wrong, just incomplete. They should have also replaced a capacitor. He then said that he had ordered another controller and a capacitor. They called and said parts were in and scheduled the service. They were late and called saying that they would be 45 minutes late. They did not show. We called later that evening and it was explained that the tech was stranded and did not have cell service. The supervisor said that a number of issues had occurred that he was frustrated. He asked what I wanted. I said a refund if they were not going to fix the dishwasher. He said that they didn't work that way and that he would make it right. He scheduled for the repair today and again no one showed up or called. We have left a message again asking for someone to be professional enough to give us a call.

Not well. After numerous attempts to diagnose and repair our refrigerator we decided not to continue with this provider and eventually had to buy a new refrigerator. One of the many times Joseph came to our home after he received the compressor from LG he stated that our condenser had corroded and he would take it with him to repair the same. He came back the following day, replaced the condenser which he had repaired and told us our refrigerator would work. IT NEVER WORKED AGAIN. We finally game up on Appliance Tech.
Description of Work: install spark module on Dacor Refrigerator. Attempted to install compressor (compressor furnished by LG).

The part was on backorder at his normal provider. Joe, the technician, understood our emergency and went out of his way to get the part from out of state. From the Tuesday when he made the initial service call through Friday morning, the oven was fixed. Joe made us feel like we were his only client by checking in with us through out the week to know the status of the part and then coming out as soon as he received the part mid morning on Friday. He saved the day and our graduation! Thanks Advanced Technologies! I will certainly recommend you and your quality service to all my friends. The service was unbeatable.
Description of Work: Had graduation coming up and family in town. Oven element went out. Ugh!

The manager just called me f****king spoiled because I complained about the loooong wait to get this taken care of. They have never once in the past three months called to give me an update on the part. We call them and leave a message and they dont return the call. The technician asked me how the buttons on my refrigerator worked because he wasn't familiar with it! Please move on to another company, this one is the worst.
Description of Work: I hired this company to fix my refrigerator months ago......its still broken.

I will start off with the suppose 3 months that the customer has been waiting for the refrigerator repair yes back in February this customer did call to set up an appointment we had a technician come out to there home we had to order parts which we did 2 days after ordering parts they called us and cancelled so I dont understand how they would of been waiting on us for three month. On the service order even tho she signed an agreement in which it states that if you cancel we are suppose to collect a service fee of 89.00 and a fee of 25.00 restocking fee plus tax the customer was not charged a dime of that when she cancelled. So we cancelled the service order and returned the parts. On May 11 2015 she called again to set up an appointment again it was for the same refrigerator a tech came out to her home and again it was for the same reason she had called us in february 2015 but had cancelled, so again she agrreed again to the service order by signing it tech explained about the fees and she said to the tech " thanks for not charging me last time i cancelled" so we proceeded with ordering parts. Part came in we had a tech come out to complete repair, once the technician had put the new parts we found out a part was bad out of box so tech spoke to customer explained what needed to be done we sent back bad part but this time the part was on back order and made custmer aware of that on june 09 2015 custumer called in wanting to know when we were going to complete her repair we explained again part was on back order customer stated she did not want to here that she wanted something done or she wanted her deposit of 280 refunded we explained to her that if she wanted to cancel we could do that but their would be some fees that were coming out of her deposit and customer went off she stated that we never ordered nothing that if we did not refund her deposit in full she was going to get on he internet and put bad reviews which weve seen even tho we did refund her the complete deposit. We beleive we did no wrong doing we tryed our best to get this repair done in a timemly manner it was close to 3 weeks what they had been waiting not 3 months sometimes there are thing that are completely out of your control in this case getting that part here was one of those things as far as the part of us being disrespectul or name calling completely untrue.
