The Apple Store is a kind of h***. Noise, chaos, disorder and way, way too much attitude. This is not a "store", it is a salon, a location, a "scene", an event. Customers (remember those?) stand around waiting to be assisted while hapless "clerks" (is that what they are?) or experts or condescenders rush around. No matter what you have or what the problem, you have an "old model." If you have not pre-arranged an appointment for a "genius" (their word), you really can be there the entire day. At my last trip an utterly overwhelmed young man stood there scratching names on scrap paper trying to keep track of sighing, exasperated people waiting, waiting, waiting amidst the noise and confusion. After 30 minutes (foolish me), I complained to the manager about the disorder and hopeless situation. His reply: "it's your fault if you don't like it." I get the message. Btw, I'm over 60 and regularly among people my age, folks speak about the Apple Store with despair and disgust -- or they share secret locations in obscure places. The experience is like trying to mail a package in Pakistan, except there you can actually get something accomplished with baksheesh. I will pay hard-earned money never to go there again.

After my phone was stolen I had to go to the apple store for a replacement. The service was swift and efficient. They set up my new phone quickly. It made a painful process a little less painful.

This store is great. The staff is very attentive and professional. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond much of the time. We highly recommend this Apple Store! Since it's the only one in NM, we are lucky to have such caring personnel in this store!

professional knowledege, good selection of choices. now using a greeter at the entrance to direct staff to you - store is always busy so service is sometimes slow, but they have great staff, knowlegeable and friendly

I like it because the people who I buy it from can set me out right there. It is kind of nice.

The staff is well trained, skilled and solve all my problems. I like the personalized attention they give to the customers. They always help me or give me appointments for me to come in for service.

I bought the laptop in 2007; they last forever. I had submitted my order online and I went in to pick it up. I've been a MAC person since 1984. The quality of the product is excellent but the people are whatever. They are pretty pompous. I still have computers that I got from them in 1986 and 1991 and they still work. I would probably go to a third party in the future.
