I hired Andy’s to paint the foyer and stairwell of a two-story home plus an outside garage door. There was miscommunication between the crew and office and me on several occasions. There appeared to be no good plan for completing the work. It ended up taking parts of three days. The work was sloppy and paint ended up on the door, the floors, the carpet, the baseboards and the stairway bannister. I’m going to have to deal with all of that. On more than one occasion, I tried to point out the problems. I was assured they would be corrected, but they were not. I paid for this job in full, but I am far from satisfied and would not recommend hiring them again.

I had a terrible experience with Andy's painting. Prior to starting the job, I emphasized to the crew that we had recently installed new flooring in our home and that I was concerned about protecting the floors. I was assured that the floors would be covered during the duration of the project to ensure protection. Floor covering is specified in our contract but was not completed. Our floors were not covered. Instead, masking tape was placed on the floor in sporadic areas. I discussed this with our project manager Kris and the painting crew after realizing that they weren't going to cover the floors and again re-emphasied my concerns, however the floors were still not covered. The tape job was not adequate, and paint got all over the stairs and flooring. The crew attempted remove the paint using an abrasive orbital buffer and a sharp hand tool. This caused multiple steps to be scratched and gouged. The crew caused $622.08 worth of damage to our new flooring. Andy's website states "We perform the work. We do not subcontract our painting work. All our painters are employed by Andy's painting." The original painters and our project manager Kris both informed me on the first day that the crew were indeed sub-contractors. The painter said that it was only his second day working with Andy's. Obviously, this was frustrating and a willful misrepresentation by Andy's. We did not expect or agree to have the job subcontracted. Especially by someone who lacked the skill to complete the job. Areas that were not to be painted received paint. Including the stair risers, handrail and doors. The handrail was even painted a different color without my consent or prior knowledge. The lack of attention to detail was astounding. We had to babysit the entire project. I had to ask multiple times to have simple tasks like filling nail holes or having walls textured completed. All of these items were agreed to in our contract. However, there were constant excuses from the crew and attempts to cut corners. I was told "you probably don't need 2 coats of paint" and "you can't see those holes." ect. It was tiresome to have to repeatedly insist that they complete the job as we had agreed. The first crew was fired by the project manager after 2 days. In total, 3 different crews worked on our project trying to get it right. On the very first day I was told that the job would be completed in 1 day. The job ended up taking 5 days. The doors were painted using a sprayer in our driveway. The driveway was not protected properly and there was white paint sprayed all over our driveway. The doors were initially put back on wet causing the paint to be damaged, door hinge pins upside down, missing screws ect. The crew does not arrive on time. They were at least 30 minutes late on 4 different occasions. Multiple crew members told me that Andy's will hire anyone and that they don't check references or require any demonstration of proficiency or skill prior to be hired. Overall, it was a bad experience. I was expecting a much more professional experience and result. Andy's did agree to pay for the damage and did some additional work on removing the paint from our stairs and flooring. I would not recommend hiring Andy's Painting.

We were thoroughly delighted with Andy's Painting and the work they did for us! Bill and his crew were professional, courteous and did exceptional work. We had paint on hand that we wanted to use up (it was not that old) and they were happy to use it and only bought what was needed to complete the work. Communication was excellent and clean up was meticulous. I know that Andy's Painting has different crews and that Bill was glad to have feedback on the guys who did the work at our place. I am certain there is a fair amount of turnover in this line of work. If anyone has a bad experience, I would urge them to let Andy know before the job is complete. I believe they want to make sure work is done right. I will happily use Andy's Painting in the future!

Faboulous, Fermin Bicerra and Chris Cournogw were profrssional and their attention to detail was a pleasant surpise. I have used two different painting companies at my older houses,and not having to clean up after them was annoying along with call backs. I am totaly impressed and will hire Andy's company antime.

We're repeat customers; Andy's painted our house exterior several years ago. From first contact to final cleanup, they're prompt and professional. Bill prepared our estimate, gave us valuable guidance about the job. Andy and Bill kept in touch with us by email and phone. They always use professional grade Sherwin-Williams products + the crew chief left us additional paint for future touch-ups, labeled each container clearly. Crew arrived about 7 AM, finished before 3 PM.

Hasn't happened quite yet, but I must rave about Andy's exceptional customer service, integrity, high ethics, and all-around humanity. He is a sterling example of all these traits - a true gem in the business community. I originally purchased n Angie's List coupon, but was unable to use it within the listed time-frame. Andy graciously extended the terms. As seniors on a fixed income, we encountered unexpected house and medical bills, so had to postpone again. Now, over a year from the original coupon, we have finally scheduled an appointment! Andy has not only kept to the original terms, but has allowed us to fit the total into our budget. Unheard of, and so very appreciated. So, three cheers for Andy and his Painting company!! Can't wait to see the transformation.

They were amazing! Very professional and cleaned up very well after themselves. They also set up a follow up to make sure that they touched up all the spots that they missed and that we noticed. I would recommend them to anyone! We have an exterior project coming up soon that we will be using them for again!

Absolutely wonderful and professional company! The owner, Andy was extremely responsive with all communications including calls, emails and text messages. We had Sid and his team paint our house. Not only were they professional, but the work was beyond outstanding. Sid was responsive to any concerns I had and truly listened; he made me feel that my house was just as important as his house. We had our house completely ready for them to come in and paint, so the job went smoothly and efficiently. They were more than on time in the morning. They said they would be at my house at 7am and showed up at 6:45am ready to work. The one thing I noticed was the employees were NOT on their cell phones constantly-they were there to do a job. Although we weren’t worried about the carpet since it was going to be replaced, they still didn’t get any paint on the carpet! I would recommend Andy’s painting to anyone and we will be hiring them to paint the outside of our house next!

We are totally satisfied with Andy's Painting, Inc. (505-934-0660) in Albuquerque, NM! We've had Andy paint the inside of our home several years ago and called him back again now to paint the total exterior of our home. First he has his crew come out and power wash the total surface before starting to paint a few days later. His crews are always on time, dressed in clean uniforms and ready to begin immediately upon arriving on site. They waste no time in setting up, laying down tarps to protect the area and begin painting after the foreman has introduced himself and his crew. The foreman answered any questions we had before starting work. The crew is diligent, friendly and very professional! They finish the job on time, go around and check their work before having the homeowner walk around with them for the final check. If there is any problem, they immediately correct it. We HIGHLY recommend Andy's Painting as the best there is! The owner, Andy Warren, is always responsive to any situation that may occur, is pleasant and professional at all times! And he bends over backwards to satisfy his customers. His prices are very reasonable and he uses the highest quality paint to last for many years to come. We always know the job will be done right the first time when we call him!

I was very impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and price which was much better than other high rated Angie's painters. Will definitely hire them again and have told my neighbors about them.

I hired Andy to paint my house in May. His team was to paint the house from ceilings to baseboards. First problem, Andy would not disclose to me when his team would be at my house. On Angie?s list his schedule states ?by appointment only.? As I tried to get ahold of him the Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday by phone and e-mail (the weekend before the house was supposed to be painted) and never heard back from him, his team showed up on Monday morning without notice at 7:00AM. I turned them away. Finally, I heard back from Andy later Monday morning and rescheduled Tuesday morning. I spoke with his foreman on Tuesday morning and asked him if he needed me to go through the house and review the color choices with him, his foreman told me that he had everything written down and it was not necessary. When I came back to look at the house the next morning, the house was painted incorrectly. Andy?s team had reversed colors and painted 2 rooms and the foyer the wrong color. During the end of week, I again e-mailed Andy to find out if his team would be there over the weekend. He did not respond to this e-mail even though his team was there over the weekend. Team left dirty rag which was stuck to my floor, I found on Sunday night. I also found that his team cracked a mirror while in the house and hung it back on the wall and did not say anything to me. I e-mailed Andy three times asking him to get back to me regarding replacing it. He finally e-mailed me back stating I could deduct it from the final bill. His team also did other damage to my home which I will not put in this review (too aggravating to write all of it at this point). I found out when looking in the closets that his team did not paint the back of the closet doors in two of the bedrooms and did not complete the closet in the master bedroom. I paid extra to have the team fix a hole (the drywall and texture in the garage). The team just filled it with spackle. I e-mailed Andy regarding these issues and he said they would fix them but he has yet to attempt to schedule a time with me to finish the contracted work that I hired him for. Andy never was on site the entire time the project was going on at my house. In my opinion, Andy is slow to respond to concerns and lacks integrity in addressing damage that his team causes. I will never use or recommend his company again. I am truly disgusted with this company.

These guys were fabulous. Bill did our estimate, and didn't mind coming back out to redo the estimate after we'd had work done on the house that changed what needed to be painted. We discussed color choices and what needed painting, and all of this information was conveyed accurately to the crew who came out to do the actual prep and painting. Sid and his crew were fantastic; they were on time, considerate, and did very good work. Sid asked questions about points I had overlooked, and the details he pointed out made a big difference to the final result of the paint job. The work itself was very good: they did a lot of prep to our weathered and neglected surfaces, put on a second coat of paint where it was needed, and everything had nice even coats, clean edges, and a smooth finish. There was very little mess; these guys work super-clean. We actually enjoyed having them around the house for the 3 days it took to do the job.

It worked. They were very good. We're very pleased. He was in the mid-price range.

Excellent job. Got it done in one day. This is the second time we used them and will continue to do so in the future.

Some fellow from Andy's Painting came to my house to give me an estimate to paint the exterior of my house. I thought this was odd because I had not asked this company for a estimate. I asked him what the deal was. He said that someone from Andy's Painting had set up the estimate. I told the fellow that I had not asked Andy's for a estimate. I asked if he was just driving around trying to hustle up some work. He then stated again that the estimate had been scheduled by Andy's Painting. Anyway while he was here I told him to check it out because my house does need to be painted. He walked around the house. He didn't write anything down. He did not measure anything. He said he would get back to me and provide me a estimate. He asked for my email address. At this point I started to get a little suspicious. In all honesty I thought it was some sort of scam because I had never heard of Andy's Painting much less asked them for a quote. I think he just wanted my email address. He did have a company shirt on but he was not in a company vehicle. It was just a very weird experience. Never heard from him again. Nothing was done.

The experience was easy. Andy's Painting team is professional, punctual, and focused on quality. They make the experience easy. I would highly recommend their service.

Andy's painted the entire interior of our four-bedroom home. It took over five days. They will be coming back to paint the exterior and the garage as soon as we can get the garage cleared out!

Completely fantastic. Andy's 4 person team arrived on schedule and painted the walls and ceilings of the living room, dining room and 3 hallways (about 1/3 of the wall and ceiling surface in my 2200 sq. ft. home). I had a particular color in mind which they matched perfectly. The entire job took about 4 hours. I was amazed not only by how quickly they worked but how neatly. No taping but a perfectly clean job with no smudges or drips. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of painting. I absolutely recommend Andy's for any painting needs.

Andy' and his crew did a marvelous job. Everything was very professional from the quote through to the completion of the job. Excellent work, and good price. Definitely a company I'll go back to.

Andy and his painters are very professional and responsive. Because of their high level of integrity, we did not feel we had to stay home while they did their work, or supervise them in any way. When we found that another small area of wall would not be covered by the backsplash, they came back within a day or so and did it for no extra charge. I am definitely going to hire him for my next job which will be starting in early February.

Andy and his team did a fantastic job at a terrific price. They were very accommodating to my needs and I would definitely hire them again in the future.

They do a good job. It took awhile. You had to schedule it and I had to go out and get the paint myself, which was hard to match. But it worked out okay. They were easy to work with.
