Lance and Rachel were each very professional and a lot of fun to interact with. They were patient and personable, and throughout the purchase experience gave confidence that it would all work out well. And it did. We especially appreciated their willingness to work with our schedule --- we recently moved to New Mexico and they arranged storage and delivery of the pieces so that everything was convenient and comfortable for us. I'll also put in a good word for the delivery service (Double Haul Delivery), they were great as well.
