When I called to set up the apt. the girl who answered the phone must have asked me at least 4 or 5 times what my name was, then on the day of service she gave Joe the tech the wrong address. At the end of it all my camera doorbell does not work, Joe said he would get back to me but never did, when I called again he said that the batteries must be dead. So I paid $80.25 for nothing.
