ALPHA ELECTRIC COMPANY

We had two circuit breakers that were "popping" frequently and contacted Alpha Electric to look at them, at a friend's recommendation. When the house was built, AFCI (arc fault circuit breakers) were installed on the bedroom circuits per current new construction code requirements. These breakers were found to be faulty however, and Alpha Electric installed new circuit breakers on all of the bedrooms at my direction. At the time of this visit, they also provided me a quote to install an additional light fixture at the front door to the house. For the subsequent visit, they had to be rescheduled due to a no-show. On the rescheduled visit, they added a exterior porch light fixture on the existing exterior light circuit to provide additional lighting at the front door. They also replaced several interior light bulbs that we provided, because they needed a 16' step ladder to be replaced, which we don't own. The ratings reflect my great satisfaction with their service, but it also reflects my disappointment on having to reschedule due to a no-show.
