I left a phone message for Derron, the owner, and he called back the same day. Work was scheduled at my convenience. Chris performed the work, and he was polite, punctual, and got the job done fast! I was so happy that the pipe damage was not more extensive, and I was thankful that the repair wasn't more expensive.

Quick, professional service at a fair price. I supplied the new faucet and so the job was labor only.

James was excellent. He arrived on time. He listened carefully to the problems I was having the exhaust fan. He was very thorough in checking out all the possible causes, and fixed an issue we didn't even know was there. He was professional and personable, and I would recommend Allied.

Derron and his team provided excellent service. From the beginning when we were interacting with him, he has been very professional in following up as well as giving us a straight quote for the job. His team and him, provided excellent service in our master bathroom remodel before we moved out of that house. We had already had the tub removed, so he brought us a brand new tub and installed the tub as well as redo the wall and the tiles. The job was finished in a timely manner and the work done was great. If I was still living in Albuquerque, I would work with him again.

It went great -- they arrived as planned and started the work. They worked all day -- way past normal closing time, to make sure we were up and running and complete before they left. They made as few holes as possible. They were respectful of our home and contained the mess to as small as possible. The repair works perfectly - just as promised. The best part was that it was a bit more involved than originally expected and therefore had exceeded the estimate Derron had provided. He did not charge us the extra cost, he stayed with his original estimate. The Allied Team is a great team and one well worth trying! You won't be disappointed.

Both times a great job at a good price for complex jobs

I have been very pleased with James from Allied. He is very courteous and personable. I found this company the only one that sticks to their time frame and they always calls me to let me know when they are in route to my home. I have never been over- charged. Actually, once they charged me less than the quote that I was given! What a wonderful surprise! I feel safe and confident when I have Allied coming to my home. I never feel like it would be an issue to leave my house for a few minutes while I run to the store. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends.

When we need a plumber we call Allied Plumbing. They have done several jobs for us over the years. The most recent was a garbage disposal replacement. The service call was scheduled immediately and the technician arrived in a timely fashion. The disposal was installed in under 30 minutes and works great! Each technician that has come to help us has treated our home with respect and done excellent work. The pricing has always been more than fair. What else can we say? These guys are great, give them a call!

Their employee installed the range and dishwasher okay except he did not level the range. He also forgot to check for leaks after closing and opening the inside master water control valve. It is an older valve with packing and should have been checked for leaks after operation. The Allied employee did not do so. If he had, he would have realized he needed to tighten the packing nut and the leak would have stopped. Instead, it leaked slowly for a month. Since we were in the process of moving from Houston and were gone from Albuquerque during that time, we did not discover the leak until we returned. The entire bottom of the new sink cabinet was soaked. When I contacted Allied, they brushed me off,saying and quot;What do you want us to do about it? We don't have emergency service.and quot; And then he hung up. We had to have significant work done including drilling holes in the cabinet base, running fans to dry it, installing birch plywood over the damaged base, installing a new kick board, and having the tape covering the edge of the cabinet applied. We chose this route over replacing the entire cabinet to avoid having to rip out the counter, sink, faucet, etc. The laminate top of the base was noticeably damaged and required installing plywood over it to prevent further damage, thus ruining the look and integrity of the cabinet.. This cabinet was part of the entire set of new cabinets installed during the kitchen remodeling. Needless to say, we will never use them again and cannot in good faith recommend them. Re scores: - Overall -- D because of the leak, the damage it caused and the range not being leveled. - Price -- C seemed fair enough but I'm not familiar with Albuquerque's pricing. - Quality -- D because of the leak, the damage it caused and the range not being leveled. - Responsiveness -- D because although the employee responded as scheduled, the home office response to our complaint rated an F - Punctuality -- B because the employee arrived within the time frame given. - Professionalism -- F because the employee should have leveled the range and checked for leaks before leaving. Also being brushed off by the office was not professional.

They are the only plumbers we use and we feel very fortunate. Every single job has been done to our satisfaction which is not easy because we are very picky. The work they do stands the test of time. If anything goes wrong with their work after they leave, they will come back right away to make it right.

Allied is a great company that has been our go to Plumbing Company for over ten years. James is wonderful and Darren, the owner, put up with me calling him Brad for years because he looks like an old boyfriend from many years past. Can't do better than Allied...I trust them with the house plumbing completely. LW

the plumber called me at 8:30 a.m. to tell me that he could be at my house between 4 and 6....I told him I would be there all day but really needed him there asap...he said if he any cancellations he could arrive sooner....he called me at 2:00 to get directions....he replaced the thermocouple in less than an hour....he also took the time to show me how to ignite the pilot water on the water heater.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, AND I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THEY TOLD ME THINGS IN A WAY THAT I WOULD UNDERSTAND. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THE PRICE WAS OKAY.
