Description of Work: Most masonry work is great, although men cleaning up were least polite. Overall interaction w/Alliance staff good. Concern about concrete work is cottonwood sapling from roots that were supposed to be removed. Main issue-Horsenettle problem not solved. The drip lines now feed the horsenettle to grow to monstrous proportions. Worst fears realized. Would have been much happier w/better problem solving, fewer landscaping features. I put an F for responsiveness for this reason. Listen, solve the primary issues, then see what else can be done within budget. Now I have all these bushes with horsenettle growing up in the middle of them. Sigh...

Description of Work: Alliance redid part of my landscaping in my small front yard, fixed the irrigation system, and redid the courtyard/patio at my front door. They changed the gravel in part of the front yard to crusher fine. They created a berm, with new plants and upgraded irrigation. They corrected irrigation problems in other parts of the front yard. Alliance took out old, broken bricks in the patio. Those were replaced with Belgard pavers. A wider walkway of pavers was created between the patio and the driveway. |The appearance of all areas is greatly improved. I especially like the new, wider walkway, which replaced stepping stones on gravel. If I ever get my act together and decorate the patio, it will look nice thanks to the new pavers. |The work started just when I was told it would start, and was finished in the predicted time. I had an irrigation problem afterwards, and the tech returned and fixed it. Yes, I had to call and e-mail to have that done. The customer has to persist. In the end, the repair was done in a reasonable amount of time, and cheerfully. I plan to use Alliance again in a year, to fix my back yard.

Description of Work: Replaced a cracked section of sidewalk, ran PVC tubing under sidewalk for irrigation, and planted two Rose of Sharon bushes. All of the work was done to our expectations.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced a patio slab including steps with colored and textured concrete. They also repaired and refinished a block wall with stucco.

Description of Work: In 2011 I contacted Alliance Landscaping for a brick wall and driveway expantion. I arrange a time to meet for an estimate (took time off of work) and had to call jerome after waiting an hour an a half. He came out and did the estimate and we scheduled a date for the job. The staff was on time, very considerate and fast. I was very pleased with the work. I then purchased a new home in Dec 2012 and in April 2013 I contacted Jerome for an estimate for an entire landscape remodel for the front and back of my home. Although I was frustrated about the previous job/home with how Jerome forgot, the end result was what I wanted. Jerome showed up on time, but seemed rushed and we were continually interupted by his phone calls. He abruptly stopped the conversation on what I wanted done and said he had to get to another job and would e-mail me with the estimates and drawings. I never heard from this company nor Jerome again.

Description of Work: Jerome at Alliance Landscaping came to my home and surveyed the back yard. Days later, he provided me with a landscape plan that was just what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Description of Work: Came out to inspect and perform maintenance on my sprinkler system. Punctual, polite, and professional service provided. They did more than what was expected at a great price. Replaced a few sprinkler heads, fixed some problems with the drip system, checked coverage of the lawn and made adjustments. Thanks very much for the great service!
