They've been here for about 18 years now. The services are great, they're 24/7 company, they're here anytime I need them, they were honest, they always come based on time and date. I would definitely recommend them.

Work was done in July 2021. Our 18-year old house had problems with root intrusion in the sewer main line (house to street). A big company recommended the entire main line be replaced out to the middle of the street using trenchless digging. Their estimate was super expensive ($$,$$$), with 3 days work and the street shut down. So we checked out reviews on Angi.com and chose All-Out for an estimate. Ron surveyed the site, reviewed the video from inside the pipe, and determined that only a section needed to be replaced and it wouldn't involve any of the city line. He wrote up his estimate on the spot for less than a quarter of the big company's huge price. Ron was up-front about the scale of the job (all day, with a 1-2 hour sewer line outage) and the likely impact on our xeriscaped yard. Everyone at All-Out was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. The All-Out crew, Thomas and Oscar, showed up on time and had the two holes (3' and 6' going directly under a tree!) hand dug and the line replaced in one long hard day's work just as promised. They were very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. They came back after a city inspection to fill in the holes and restore the yard. Everything was done as promised, on time, at the quoted price. They saved us a lot of money and bother, and in the future we will definitely call on them for our plumbing and maintenance needs.

If there were six stars, this company would get it. The plumber came and replaced a part that another company told me could not be fixed. Daniel called before arriving, replaced the one part that was needed, cleaned up and helped with an unrelated problem. As a 70 year old female, I noticed his personal cleanliness and fine manners as well as his excellent service.

Bathtub drain is no longer clogged. It went well. No issues, no concerns, will hire again.

James was very professional, and up front about the cost. He did not try to sell us more than what we asked for and got the work done as quickly as possible as we were in the process of selling our home. They pulled on the necessary permits and made sure everything was done right. We will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs

We had a backed up main sewer line at our house. Called All Out based on good reviews on Angie's List. They answered the phone promptly and set up a call for the following morning . Bo the technician called me and told me he was on his way to the house. Bo was able to clear the sewer line in a very professional manor in a short period of time. He explained the procedure to me and updated me through the process. I would highly recommend the company as well as Bo the technician. Thanks again

These guys were amazing and so professional every step of the way. They had to dig down through ENORMOUS tree roots to get to the line and replace the pipes, all the while avoiding upper tree branches and other obstacles. They had gone down with a camera in the previous week, so they knew exactly what materials, equipment and permits were needed and executed the job brilliantly. They left the portion of the yard they had to excavate perfectly level with the rest of it and you couldn't even tell they had dug it up. They cleaned up everything immaculately, too! They were also SO kind and courteous and kept us informed of the progress and what they were doing. Brandon and Q were the ones who did this particular job, although James Shook (one of the owners) has helped us with many, many issues over the last 20 years. I have personally known James for more than 30 years and can vouch for his honesty, professionalism and integrity - and have referred many of our extended family members, friends and neighbors to him. These folks are the "real deal" when it comes to getting the job done and done WELL!

All Out Plumbing and Mechanical provides excellent service. Adan was prompt and professional. I received a call within a few minutes of my request via Angie's list and he arrived the same day. He happily answered many questions about other issues. He returned the next day to install the new faucet that I purchased. I look forward to their service again when it is needed.

They were excellent. They arrived on time and were well dressed. They were knowledgeable and informative as well as had state of the art equipment. They stayed with the estimate as quoted. They were able to clean the sewer line that three other plumbers were not able to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hired them for gas line test to get a City Permit. The City Inspector let me know that three items should have been completed BEFORE doing the gas line test for a city permit. This company either does not know the city codes or knew I would fail to get a City Permit and just wanted $350 for a simple test.

Fabulous. I sent pictures to Ron Jones, and he immediately assessed what we needed and told me on the phone what they would do. He gave me a date/time and his plumber was there. My husband said the plumber was very professional and knew what he was doing. He had a credit card machine with him, so we paid by credit card. We have at least two other plumbing projects, and this company will get our business. When I spoke to Ron on the phone, he was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. You can't get much better than this! And, the job was completed in a short period of time because they knew what was needed and brought everything with them. (The pictures I sent helped to diagnose the problem -- so I recommend doing that when possible.) Ron told me about how much the work would cost and said it should be less than that. And, it was. All Out Plumbing has our business in the future.
