 + -1 moreWent very badly. Repairman showed up without calling, on day prior to appointment. Meanwhile, another contractor showed up, before we could call ALL KNIGHT and cancel our mistake. However, telephone scheduler was quite abusive;unprofessional.
Description of Work: Repair gas furnace which will not start.

 + -1 moreVery thorough and friendly. Spent almost half a day finishing job because they ran into electrical problems with my older system. But, they stuck through it and made sure the job was completed satisfactorily. Answered all our questions about the new system to our satisfaction.
