All-Clean Window Service

Team was able to schedule for the next day which was very much appreciated. They arrived on time and did a very good job of cleaning our large windows throughout our 2400 sq ft home.

These guys were great. The windows were spotless and they were very professional and courteous. Definitely will use them again.

Went smoothly and well. Mike arrived on time with 2 other men, 1 experienced and 1 a trainee. They worked well as a team - 2 on the inside and 1 on the outside. All in all, it was a very efficient process and Mike (owner) was detail-oriented and thorough. I would gladly use them -- especially if their pricing remains reasonable (I recognize this was a promotional price, and Mike was straightforward about pricing for subsequent visits).

Mike and the team contacted me immediately to schedule the service, arrived early and did a very professional window cleaning. No streaky Windex with these guys, just a spotless, clear view of the mountains. They also cleaned the screens. The team was polite and professional and they did the work quickly and efficiently.

Agreed to pay an extra $75 to clean solar panels on the roof. Thought this was fair considering the location. Agreed to pay $12 for the two extra windows. Cleaning service complained that my great room windows at 7' by 7' were large and I should pay double. Told them no other service charged me extra for these windows. Gave them an even $100. Cleaning service missed cleaning the small window above my front door. Had to ask them not to stand on top of my hot tub cover to clean my large window outside, as it would not take the weight of a person. Windows weren't as clean as done by other services.

Excellent. Plenty of pre-visit notification, punctual, efficient, professional. Really cared about doing a good job. Crew was personable yet efficient and worked nonstop on the task at hand. Large four man crew finished the job in about 90 minutes. Next day I noticed that it was very bright and crystal clear outside and then I remembered why: clean windows. Will have them back in due course. Found our go to guys for window cleaning.

Mike and his two helpers showed up promptly on time and got right to work. He walked the house with us to make sure we were all clear on which windows were to be cleaned and which were not and so we would know for certain the extra cost since we had more windows than what we had purchased in the Angie's List deal. They worked quickly but thoroughly and went back around with us to touch up windows that had any streaks or water marks. We were very picky and they were extremely patient with us. They cleaned the screens and sills. Extra large windows count double. Will use again and would highly recommend.

Excellent job. On time and very professional. I can see out of the windows again. I hate cleaning windows and will certainly hire this company again to clean again in the future.

What a delight! They were on time, very polite and engaging and really got the windows clean. We have grate/bars on all windows and that didn't faze them

Mike and his gang did a great job. we have a 2 story house and high and hard to reach windows not to mention 31 of them! they showed up on time and were very polite. they worked quickly and did a thorough job. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants fast and efficient service.

They were great! They took off each screen, cleaned the dust out of the tracks, and cleaned both inside and outside of the windows. The dust always returns because it's NM, but the windows stayed shiny and clean for quite some time! They worked efficiently and effectively. We plan to have them back again!

Nice guys, windows look good, but a deep window sill was damaged by the owner's boots when he kneeled on the window box as he washed the windows. There are several gashes in the varnished surface that will have to be repaired. Michael showed me the damage and agreed to pay to have it repaired. I would have them back if the window sill repair goes okay.

Arrived on time, reviewed the windows to be cleaned and started. Very efficient, pleasant in personality. The total time was under two hours.

Michael did an excellent job. He sometimes has a helper but worked alone because this was a small job. He was able to schedule me the day after we talked on the phone. He was very pleasant and we chatted as he worked. I will certainly call him the next time my windows are due for washing.

They were great. Professional service man came out with an assistant. Introduced himself and an assistant. They did the windows and screens inside and out, as well as my screen door.

Michael came with his assistant Kevin. Windows were cleaned well. However, However, Michael does not know how to clean tracks of windows and constantly had excuses including that detailed work for the tracks would cost more. I just wanted the tracks cleaned and not obviously very dirty. He used a dry rag instead of a wet one and I showed him that a wet rag cleans the tracks better than the dry one. He even went around twice to ?clean? the tracks. I appreciate his attempt to clean the tracks. However, they were still dirty with dust and only dust which came off easily when I cleaned them with a wet rag while he watched. He told me several times that he had cleaned them but the wind blew more dust. I showed him that the leaves on the trees were totally still and there was no wind. I showed him how I used Q tips to clean the corners of the tracks. I told him he did not have to do that as long as the tracks were clean which he should be able to do with a wet rag. He asked me several times on the way out if there was anything he could do. There was nothing I could say as it was totally clear that he does not know how to clean tracks at all. Even the easily accessible frames of the door (just the side of the windows) were not clean and I showed him just a few frames that had obviously not been touched at all. I would not have him again. Use All-Clean Windows only if you just want the windows cleaned but are not concerned about the frames and tracks of the windows. He had listed windows, tracks and frames on his 'Deal' on Angie's List. In addition, he counts a 'large' window (one with two screens) as two windows and that should have been made clear on his description of his work, although that was not an issue. I would have thought those were normal windows. My windows, tracks and window frames were not particularly dirty.

Michael was very professional. He confirmed times & sent reminders in a very timely manner. My windows & screens looked great!

They were two men and they were good. It was about an hour. The price was the deal. I did not have many windows and the good thing they count double windows as one.

I purchased this service via an Angie's List Deal, and All-Clean was very punctual in scheduling the cleaning after I made the purchase. Michael and Kevin arrived on time, and were very respectful and thorough, and also unobtrusive in providing their services. They cleaned up as they went -- I hardly knew they were here! In addition, Michael was very kind in assisting me to remove a tricky window covering and lock, so that he could remove a screen and clean a window. I suspect other providers would simply have told me they couldn't access that particular window. Our windows sparkle and the cleaning has transformed our home. Next time I will call All-Clean directly to book our service. Thank you so much!

They did a very good job and were super friendly and professional. When i looked at the windows more closely after they left there were areas that would have benefited from a bit more work at the edges. I have no doubt that had I pointed this out while they were on the premises they would have attended to these area. Definitely recommend them

Michael and his partner Kevin Arrived on time, prepared with proper equipment, respect for interiors by wearing booties over shoes. Very polite and obviously experts in what they do. We plan on calling them the next time we need our windows done.
