 + -1 moreI fired them before they got too far into the second bathroom. The owner either argued with me about what I wanted and complained all day long, usually about how my bathrooms were originally built/laid out, and the last few days the owner kept telling me how he was wanted on another job. When I fired them, the owner yelled at me and called me names. I have witnesses to all this. (I also received an obscene phone call the night of the day I fired them -- he used one of his small children to tell me to "go suck **expletive**." This guy is scary.)
Description of Work: I have two very small bathrooms (neither of them is as big as a small walk-in closet) that needed to be gutted and remodeled. After two weeks (14 days), the bathrooms were not done. The 'owner' and helper arrived whenever they wanted and left whenever they wanted, usually working only 3 hours a day. They were never prepared; I ran back and forth from hardware store 1-3 times a day. They did not know what they were doing. They started the second bathroom before the first bathroom was finished. In the first bathroom, the toilet leaks, and I cannot shut one of my bathroom doors because it hits the shower door. In both bathrooms: my tile is crooked, there is no light or mirror in either bathroom.
