Karl kept his word, finished the work in a timely manor. Cleaned up after himself and the work was excellant.

We had a positive experience. They did the work on time. The counters are beautiful and the installation went smoothly. They were very helpful. First rate quality.

I did not use them because I got a better deal elsewhere. Their quote was a little higher than I had expected. They were very professional. I did not have any problems with them. They came back with the quote at a reasonable time. They came out and looked at the job. They made some recommendations. It so happened that the bid was not reasonably priced. I would consider them for a future quote.

This was a major remodeling project that took several months to complete. From the beginning, Karl was easy to contact and very concerned that we were happy with every detail of the project. He showed up on time every time as promised. He always quickly answered our phone calls and emails, and did his best to keep the project on time. Many times Karl came on weekends and holidays (with our permission) to finish work. At one point, we had a leak in the plumbing on a Friday night. Karl came out with his plumber at 8pm that evening immediately after speaking with me. Karl has an eye for detail. Many times, work that looked fine to us was not good enough for him. This was especially true for his beautiful tile work. We picked both porcelain and glass tiles which required a lot of precision to keep them level and straight. We now have amazing tile in our bathrooms! This concern for perfection can also be seen in the transition between the old and the new drywall. The walls are textured, and I cannot tell where the old drywall ends and the new drywall begins. He even spray painted the air registers on the floor to match the brushed nickel finish we picked for our fixtures. I would like to point out that part of the reason the cost was so high is because we picked high-end materials for this project such as the tile, toilets, tub, sinks and fixtures. Although Karl will admit that he is not the cheapest contractor on the market, we are happy we went with him because we feel we got our money's worth. There is nothing that needs to be fixed, redone, or is less than perfect. We plan on using Karl again in the future.

The service went well. I recieved an in person estimate shortly after I called. The contractor was knowledgeable and had good suggestions. He was punctural and explained what in detail what would be done and why the materials were being used were of better quality.

Karl was the only contractor I have used that rolled out paper for him and his crew to walk on so as not to soil my carpet or scratch my wood floors. He communicated everything he was doing and offered many a suggestion when I was confused. He is the only contractor that I have worked with that actually cleaned his work area at the end of each day.

He came over (at no charge) and gave me an estimate after telling me what would be included in the price of the job, etc. One of the things he did that I liked was he would ask me how I wanted something done when he had concerns about parts of the job. Also he listened to my concerns and worked on them until I was satisfied.

We thought we had a simple bathroom tile repair, but a leak in the shower valve had caused extensive damage inside the walls of the bathroom. We had rotten wood, mold, rust forming, and serious tile damage. All American Design was incredible, I was very upset and they were not only understanding about my dilemma...but offered many affordable solutions to the problem. In fact we ended up letting them completely redo the entire bathroom. They were neat, respectful, and completed the work in just over a week. I was so pleased with the finished project I would definitely hire them again...also I have recommended All American Design to several of my friends.

Karl was professional from beginning to end. He tested the paint (since the home is older) for lead and he came up with a good plan for a difficult area. He was prompt and kept the work area extemely clean and clutter free the entire job. This was important because there was a small child around while he was working.

Karl was very professional and did an excellent job on my trim project. He installed and painted roughly 200 linear feet of crown molding and trim throughout my house. The job was completed in two business days--well within the originally agreed upon time frame. I'd definitely use Karl and All American Design and Construction, LLC. again and would recommend him to anyone looking for similar or any carpentry work.

Karl made a couple of recommendations on how we could prevent other stairs from breaking in the future. He made custom made metal braces, painted them and the bolts to match the wood. He brought us a sample to also check the color of the paint, which matched perfectly. He told us it would take two days to install the reinforcement braces. He came exactly when he said he would, he had scafolding so he could reach the stairs that were on the floor above. He got busy right away and surprisingly finished in one day. He had me check occasionally to make sure I was pleased with the installation. At the end of the day he vacuumed all three floors, leaving the house the way it was in the morning before the work started. He is very detail oriented, timely, says what he is going to do and does it, cleans up after the job and makes sure you are pleased with the work. WOW! Wish all contractors I have worked with were like him. We are so pleased, we have asked him to do another job.

Has a great eye for detail, is quick and keeps you involved and informed throughtout the process.

Karl Parker came by and evaluated what was going to be required to do the repairs and provided an estimate of the cost. Between his reasonable estimate and my feeling of confidence the job would be done right, I hired him to do the work. He showed up on time with all his equipment and the purchased quality paint he quoted. Karl was very meticulous with many drop clothes to keep the area clean. He was able to complete the job on schedule and left with house looking like new. Karl said in the beginning he believes in bring back craftsmanship in the word craftsman and his work shows this. I plan on using All American Design and Construction for future home improvements.

We {wife and I ] are very pleased with the swiftness Mr. Parker works with. His attention to detail and his knowledge of what needs to be done. He was prompt and only took time off to ask our opinion on what we wanted. We left him alone and were pleased at the end of day as to his progress.He kept his work area clean and, answered all questions. When I am ready for my next project I'll be sure to involve Mr parker in my plans. If I can figure out the workings of camera and computer, I will be sending some pictures of the work done .
