Description of Work: Our main water shut off valve broke off. I had received two estimates before this company and they both were 5 times more and wanted to rip into my wall and told me all kinds of BS to make the price higher. Chris and John came over looked at the valve and gave me an estimate of $130.00, they said they see this happen a lot in Rio Rancho because of the hard water. My appointment was scheduled for Monday between 10 and 12, they called me around 12 and said that there first job turned into a major job and that they would be there later. Chris arrived around 1:30 and got right to work. He fixed the broken valve and did an excellent job. He did not have to tear into my wall. He cleaned up his mess and put a lever on the valve, he said it will help this problem from happening again. He was very professional and it did exactly what he said to repair the problem. I would highly reccommend this company. It was so refreshing to deal with an honest, professional company. Amy the receptionist was so nice. Everyone wants to find a plumber that they can trust. When a customer is treated with honesty and respect they will be returning everytime they have a problem to this company! OUTSTANDING!

Description of Work: My bathtub would not drain and I had an out of state visitor. It was very distressing. John and his colleague came to my house promptly after I called their dispatcher (? Rose, also very friendly and professional): even though they were already totally scheduled for the entire day . John figured out the problem immediately by asking a few very focused questions. He even took a look at another issue I am having w/ my A/C and diagnosed that. I have used Albuquerque Repair Service for many years beginning with former owner, Sam Silva and am 100% satisfied.

Description of Work: Removed and hauled away old water heater, which was failing. Sold and installed new Bradford-White 50-gallon natural gas water heater. (Cost above is price of water heater including installation.) Another company quoted a higher price for the same product installed (although the other company declined to provide a model number, so I cannot be sure it would have been the same).

+ -1 moreThey are very responsive and professional. We've been using them for 10 years. They have also repaired pipes in our yard while we were on vacation. They came and fixed the pipes while we were gone.
Description of Work: They prepared our furnace for the winter and also cleaned filters. They also take care of our heating and A/C.

+ -1 moreALBUQUERQUE REPAIR SERVICE WAS GOOD. MY LITTLE NEPHEW TRIED TO FLUSH HIS BIG BOY DIAPER, AND IT DIDN'T MAKE IT THROUGH. THE GUY WAS REALLY NICE AND EVEN THOUGH HE SHOWED UP LATE, HE DID CALL TO LET US KNOW.
