Albuquerque Redi-Mix

Albuquerque Redi Mix delivered and poured 7 yards of bad concrete then left. O.k this is what happened. A truck with supposedly 7 yards of 3000psi concrete with fiber arived on time to my house. The driver backed up to the spot for the pour. So the pour begins and we ask the driver to add water since it doesn't seen to be going well. He looks at the concrete and adds water. He continues the pour while me and a friend struggle. To make a long story a little shorter when the driver has the truck empy he tells one of the other guys helping that its a bad load(no cement/only aggregate and fiber) and to call his dispatch and leaves. So I have 7 yds of mess on the ground. I call his dispatch and I am then told that I need to remove that concrete. I told them it was their mistake and they need to fix it. I then was told they had no way to remove it at this time. So I rented a bobcat and spreaded the bad load of whatever throughout my side yard. When finished I called the dispatch back and told them to send me a new load but with concrete and to take the cost of the rental off of the total price. They did that but refused to do anything else. Two days later a neighbor of mine had 15 yards delivered and on his second truck it had no fiber. How are they still in buisiness?
