They showed up on time, and the very professional technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also showed me how to fix this problem should it recur in the future.

Nathan was completely unhelpful the only thing he suggested is space heaters and we are going to have to wait 2-3 weeks. He sounded insanely uninterested in our concerns and complaints

The unit (boiler and water heater combined in one.unit) took an extra few days than expected. However Aaron worked Saturday and Sunday to complete the installation. Staff was professional. Would hire them again if needed.

Albuquerque Plumbing was prompt, fully described recommended system, was fully responsive to our desires regarding electrical wiring and drainage locations. Crew arrived on promised date and installation went smoothly. Slight glitch regarding mistakenly not completely turning tankless water heater back on was immediately addressed by installation crew when notified. System functioning as advertised. Very pleased with Humidifier. Hope to have successful relationship with Albuquerque Plumbing in future.

Jerod Bruhn explained everything in detail on how the output for a heating system is different than a cooling system. He let me know of the science behind pressure in a heating system and how elevation changes output. He measured the BTU output and calculated what the heating system s most efficient numbers should be. Fortunately my heating system was at the most efficient setting already. Nice to know. Bottom line, he knew what he was doing, I got what I paid for. I would definitely use their service again.

My project was converting my home to a refrigerated air system along with new furnace and water heater. The project was completed in two days as per contract. The techs on my project were Clayton Electrician, Peter and Quinton HVAC Specialist and Master Plumbers. These gentlemen busted their butts for two days straight, yet always took time to answer all my questions and were not put off by my interruptions. Kudos to these fine tradesmen and Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling for the quality of workmanship and personnel within their organization.
