I had someone else assess my furnace and they were not able to provide a correct diagnosis by my explanation of what was happening and this service man knew what to look for. They are a bit pricey. I was pleased with the service.

Christopher Heath did a highly-professional job, winterizing my evaporative cooler and performing a safety inspection on my floor furnace in under an hour. He was polite and respectful and wore a covid mask inside my house.

Very good communication for both scheduling and service. They sent a very detailed and informative quote with several options, with an online method for selection and approval. And they do good work!

I hired them to update water pipe in shower. Worker arrived with a hammer and spent over 4 hrs trying to break tile and make hole in shower wall. Called in two other co workers and tried to charge me for all 3 of them. I had one guy come in later after their failure and he took the wall out in 15 minutes with a makita saw because he knew what he was doing.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB

The tech arrived early but spent very little time to address the problem. He blamed our concerns on dirty filters. he left without resolving the problem. We had to get a second tech out who troubleshoot the system and found the problem.

Julian Lopez, the Technician, is quick and efficient... I could have gotten the job done at a cheaper price elsewhere but for a few dollars more I ve got piece of mind. If you can afford it go here. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can t. This time I can so I decided to go with Albq Plumbing Heating and cooling. Really to assess and install a new pump for my cooler was around 200.00 which I thought was reasonable.

They were prompt and did a very good job.

Originally requested 130$ Refrigerated AC startup. On-site, tech said system had leaks and required 655$ refill, and 1973$ leak test and repair. Then he said the compressor was shot, and needed a complete replacement of the roof unit for either 3,311$ for just the compressor, or the whole unit for 4546$. We said no, he had a family emergency and never returned. A week later another company replaced the thermostat he shorted out on his way out, put in a pound of refrigerant, tested the system which is running just fine and producing 25 degree temperature drops. Will not ever use this company again.

They were fast and knew the problem, got my dryer vent cleaned out and they had great communication via text, calls and emails

Fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with our new furnace.

We hired Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating because we had used them before to replace a water heater. They replaced our dead air conditioner. Not only were they the lowest bid for the same air conditioning unit but the entire installation was nothing short of perfect. They sent out two guys who were professional, courteous and competent. They respected our wishes that they wear a mask while in the house. I recommend this company whole heartedly!

Quickly discovered the issue and repair was performed.
