After trying to get another A rated company to come to my home and not getting any response after multiple attempts to reach them, I reached out to ABQ Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They answered my call immediately (no messages had to be left), they had someone scheduled to be there within days (I called on a Friday). The toilet issue was repaired same day as the consultation. Matt, the technician who came out, completed the job quickly and the work was great. He discussed caulking options with me and provided his input on why I may or may not want to do it a specific way and let me decide how I wanted it done. He was scheduled to return the following Monday to complete the work to replace the kitchen Faucet and garbage disposal. He gave input on purchase options with him vs. getting it ourselves and pros and cons of both. We opted to buy our own and have him do the work. He provided some general guidance on brands without pushing any specific one, and guaranteed he could install whatever we purchased. He arrived on-time on the scheduled day, and performed the replacements quickly. He had me test everything to ensure it was to my satisfaction, and specifically pointed out what connections and piping he had to replace, as well as showing me how to do basic user maintenance on my new garbage disposal to help save me money in the future. I highly recommend this company, and Matt is great.

Job well done. Came out same day to quote and got entire job done in less than 2 hours. Had to bring water heater up to code, so copper piping, sheet metal and drainage updated. Hot water in seconds, instead of minutes.

The guy was more interested in selling me a new faucet than fixing the one I have.

The installers did a great job removing old system and installing the new system in the garage along with the A/C system on the roof. A very neat job and a great clean-up afterwards. The installers were knowledgeable of the systems and made sure I was pleased with the work! I will continue to use Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating Company my home plus have them do my Daughters house too!! The technicians in this company are also trained to install & repair tankless hot water heaters too!!

They are a fine company, it took them 2 days to complete the work and it went beautiful. It was a clean and neat installation. The technician were fine craftsman. The system was expensive. It was a quality material and no sooner that it was installed it was cooling the house.

I called early in the morning, Even though it was outside of business hours, they scheduled me repair over the phone. The service technician contacted me that he was on his way, arrived on time and quickly did the repair. He found the blockage, but cleaned the pipe out for the entire length of the snake. He was very professional and the sink is now draining smoothly.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for a new swamp cooler. The appointment was set for between 10-12. I was at home. I check my phone at 10:39 to find two messages. One saying they have to reschedule as I did not answer the phone. When I called back to let them know I was home the person on the phone said my time was now pushed back to between 11-1 because I did not answer the phone. I told them they should tell customers when they make the appointment that they will be calling and if the customer does not answer the appointment may be pushed back. The person on the phone was rude. I cancelled the appointment as I did not want to work with them.

It was easy and pleasant to schedule an appointment with Amber. Great experience with Jason the technician. He contacted me well before my scheduled appointment and rushed right over. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns patiently and explained various options and possible service plans. The project was completed well and within a reasonable amount of time. All of my follow-up questions and concerns were addressed.

The office staff was informative and timely The installation staff was informative, cleaned up the disposal of old items and made sure that all worked before leaving. All an all this was the best experience working with a plumbing and heating company Would recommend them to anyone .

Replaced shower cartridge. Did not solve problem and was charged for 2nd house call for same issue. Very expensive part which another plumber had to replace as gasket parts were found in shower faucet. Technician also told us replacement parts for toilet issue were no longer available but were found on line by homeowner.

Met all my expectations.....have used TLC Plumping in the past....although they are a good company, their prices have increased....so I called ABQ Plumbing to compare....although TLC's price for service was similar....TLC charged $50 per toilet to remove and take away the old toilet! I know this because TLC replaced two toilets for me just two weeks before. ABQ Plumbing took the old toilet and did not charge a fee for that. I will be calling ABQ Plumbing in the future.

The plumber did a great job. Arrived on time, courteous, professional, competent, friendly, and at a reasonable price.

Took two trips because the part was not on hand. This caused an additional charge for the second trip. Hire again?? Selected no because not sure option was not available.

Albuquerque Plumbing made an appointment for between 8 and 10 am the next morning. Greg called at 8:30 and came right over. He cleared the drain and helped me put the washer and dryer back in place. He was fast, polite and efficient.

Excellent! Alb. Plumbing workers were efficient, explained everything, had the water on the same day I called. I had to pay weekend prices, but for me, well worth what they charged which was less than what I thought it might be. The workers were very kind and I was so grateful for their help. They were a true blessing in a time of stress for me!

The technician (Ryan) arrived within the hour, confirmed the diagnosis and gave us the quote to replace. We probably paid at least double on the labor, given the timing, but what can you do? We had a houseful of people for the holidays. He did an excellent job, and had us back up and running by later that afternoon. Great response and service all around.

Matt replaced the shut off valve, flushed the water heater gratis, and did a plumbing safety inspection of our house on his own volition. Ryan was able to quickly remove our old dishwasher and install the new one. To our great relief, he noticed and pointed out a huge dent on the front of the new dishwasher. Not only did he un-install it for a return to the store but he loaded it into our car. He said that, if we could get the new one today, he would return after his other calls to install it. In the meantime he checked our hot water circulator and assured us it was fine; he also got the garbage disposal working. We were able to get a replacement dishwasher in the afternoon and called Ryan to see if he could return. At the end of his very long day, he returned after dark and installed our new dishwasher. We are certain he got home very late. He went far beyond the call of duty, and we are most grateful. It is this kind of service and professionalism that impresses us and makes us very much want to keep returning to this plumbing company.

Several pipes and washers were replaced. It went well. We liked the plumber, who was friendly and professional.

The work went great. The two men were very nice and professional. I realized after I paid that I wasn't give the Angie's List 10% discount. When I called back, I was told the 10% was for labor only and not diagnostics. Quite frankly, as a customer I couldn't figure out the difference between diagnostic labor and "other labor". It would have been about $9 dollars taken off. I was disappointed with the coupon issue, but not the work.
