Jeffery was very polite, efficient and friendly. I let the company know they needed to bring a smaller snake diameter and they had that equipment with them when they got here. He set up neat working area and did not leave a mess behind. He tested the drain for a bit after it was fixed to make sure job with done. Price was right and he gave me an Angie's list discount. Appointment time was easy to schedule. Will definitely hire again for other jobs.

I obtained several quotes to replace the drop for my swamp cooler and APH&C was by far the best quote for the scope of work being done. They were quick to get me scheduled, prompt the day of service and everyone I worked with (Josh, Pete & Dominic) were pleasant, personable and willing to answer all of my questions throughout the whole process. They took their time, were thorough and did a great job! I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend their services.

Leaking faucet was discovered late on Thursday evening. Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling was able to fit our repair into Friday morning. By 10am, the problem was fixed at a very reasonable cost.

I called and they were not available util between 5pm and 7pm which I agreed to because it was late morning when I called. I was put on a waiting list if someone came available. Greg and Jeff were looking at their schedule after finishing a call and thought they could fit me in. After confirming I was available the came and readily fixed the problem. They were both very polite, nice and professional. It was not a difficult job but I could not do it and it was done efficiently.

Circuit breaker in garage was intermittently tripping. Scheduled appointment and received confirmation email for 3 PM on Monday, 3/4/2019. Receive call at 9:26 AM that technician is at my door. They mistakenly set the appointment for 10 AM. No problem, I took leave from work to meet them. They conducted somewhat superficial inspection concluding that there may be an overload (15-amp circuit) and that one of the connected appliances was culprit. They measured amps being pulled by only one appliance (mini-fridge at 4 amps) and concluded it must be the cause. I permenantly unplugged fridge and they installed new circuit breaker. They also closed off an outlet on a different circuit that was connected to a light switch in a different room (previous homeowners feculent install). Charge was $96.55; they did not charge for the new circuit breaker. I head back to work. Return home around 4:30 PM and circuit breaker has tripped again. I call Clayton (service tech) at 4:46 PM and ask him to advise. We conclude that I should systematically diagnose each appliance on my own to see which could be causing overload. I do so and determine that no matter which single appliance is plugged in, the circuit breaker still trips intermittently. I call Albuquerque Plumbing at 10:59 AM on Wednesday, 3/6/19 to request either a refund or to have technician diagnose further. Customer representative states that if they send out a tech, they charge an hourly fee of $110 no matter what, even though original diagnosis was seemingly not thorough nor conclusive enough to perform the work that was done. I state I will have a different company perform diagnosis and representative responds that if another company alters work performed by Albuquerque Plumbing, it will void their warranty (which makes sense, but I’m not concerned about a warranty on work that didn’t resolve the problem). I have a gentleman named Joe Wojcik with Powerhouse Electric come to diagnose. He spent 2.5 hours diagnosing everything on the circuit very thoroughly and was very professional. At the time, we thought cause was a loose connection at GFCI outlet. Charge was only $75. Ultimately, this didn’t resolve the tripping breaker. After posting initial review of service, Albuquerque Plumbing called and asked if they could come back out to diagnose further at no additional cost. I agreed. They spent about 1.5 hours diagnosing the circuit and all connections thoroughly but were still unable to reach a confident conclusion. We parted company under the impression that one of my tenants must be plugging in a malfunctioning appliance on occasion that is shorting and tripping the breaker. About 15 minutes after they leave, the breaker tripped while I was standing in front of the panel. This was perfect because I was able to determine that no one was using any appliance on the circuit at that time. knowing this, I was able to unilaterally diagnose certain lines on the circuit by disconnecting them and waiting to see if breaker trips. I believe I have isolated the problem cable on the circuit and will have it replaced.

Plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. Also prompt. And the price was quite reasonable.

The job was expensive, but the Albuquerque Plumbing team provided us multiple options with estimates to consider. The team worked **** ** the installation and worked past 8:00 pm to complete the work so we'd have heat and hot water in the morning. We had problems with the radiant heat, and the hot water in the shower went cool, but Albuquerque Plumbing came to the house, determined the problems, and made sure everything worked properly. We had to replace the plungers and valves for the radiant heat, but they gave us a discount because they should have made that recommendation and fix during the initial installation. WE had to work through these problems, but Albuquerque Plumbing was polite, they didn't treat my wife like an idiot (which another company did), they worked hard, and the made sure everything worked right. Yes, it cost us a lot of money--the previous homeowners neglected maintenance and the system was old. We expected a high replacement cost. We both are happy with the service and will likely purchase their service contract.

Technician replaced a part which was the most likely issue. However, fireplace still would not light. After resetting the electronics fireplace worked fine. Overall satisfied with outcome.

He was able to determine immediately that it was a small problem that could be corrected without new parts and at no extra expense. He also told us about a service plan that would have checking and maintenance twice a year and was reasonably priced. We accepted that plan.

Electrician was professional, polite and listened to what had been changed. He was quick to identify what was causing the breaker to trip. Problem resolved and fixed. I would use them again without hesitation.

I had a one week opening for this project. Albuquerque Plumbing was recommended by a friend. Pete Chavez gave me an estimate that was exactly half the estimate of the large plumbing company that had just done a similar job for my next door neighbor. So I took it without getting other bids. Pete Chavez and his crew came back the following Monday morning and started the project. They had a mole to drill under various walls and patios so only four holes were dug for the entire span. They finished Tuesday evening and it was inspected Wednesday. Pete returned Thursday morning, back filled the four holes and that was it. I was impressed with the level of expertise and equipment Albuquerque Plumbing brought to this project. I give the company very high marks for every part of their work. Claude Valles

Gregory was awesome. Quickly got the job done at a very reasonable price. Even took a few minutes to clean out the rain gutter! The kind of service you hope for but rarely see these days.

Had to turn off water. Company was not responsive, could not dispatch until between 7 and 9 at night (we called before 8 am). By that time, too dark to inspect. Contacted Roto Rooter, came within an hour and a half. They fixed at a reasonable price. Company is not able to handle emergencies.

Thought I would have to go through process and cost of having a camera sent down the line to locate broken or obstructed section of sewer line. Technician used an extra long cable with a head large enough to cut any roots or remove any obstructions, Checked manhole to ensure cable had reached city main and that my section of sewer line was completely clear. Cost and time involved was less than expected as no additional work or equipment was required. Very happy with this company.

They are absolutely outstanding! Courteous and totally competent. I will highly recommend them.

They made an appointment for me the next day in the afternoon. There was a cancellation, so they came out earlier. The electricians looked at the outlet in question as well as numerous other outlets and determined the problem in about an hour. Very efficient!

FANTASTIC! I looked on Angie’s list to pick one of the highest rated plumbing companies to address a number of odds and ends that I had been putting off. I had used the other large/high rated plumbing company seven years ago and decided not use them again for various reasons. I chose Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating and the person they sent out, Jason, did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He looked at what I wanted to have done. He completed the work related to the flushing and swamp cooler issues and informed me that the furnace connection was fine and didn’t need to be replaced. He was great. My sister asked me Tuesday for a good plumber to address a clogged drain regarding her washer, and I gave her Jason’s card. She told me she called Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating and they said that Jason wasn’t available, but that an employee named Beau would come out to address her problem. She said Beau came out at the set time, and that he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable also. He was able to unclog the washer drain. She said that he charged $138.00.

Cameron, JJ, and Len were exceptional! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They came to my home, gave me a free estimate, and thoroughly explained everything that was needed to bring me up to code. I had already called several plumbing companies and none of them did this. The estimate was fair compared to other plumbers. They pulled a permit, did the install, and even set me up with an appointment with a city inspector. Remarkable company!

OK. Question about need to replace some parts has not been resolved yet. The equipment is now functioning as it did before the ice formed.
