It was the first time we had to call for repairs on our first house, it was the best first experience we could have had. I called the office and told them my problem, they said they had someone working on a job in the neighborhood and that he would be by as soon as he was done, with in 30 minutes Ramon arrived at my house, he was very polite & knowledgeable. He looked at the problem, called about the parts and then gave me as estimate and asked if I wanted him to go forward. I said yes, he went to get the parts and came back & fixed it in a jiffy. He also answered all the questions we had a new homeowners. Before we could only take really quick showers because the hot water would run out so fast, now we have HOT water!! I would definitly recommend this company and would definitly use them again. Thank you for your professionalism!

The provider performed a safety inspection. They went to start up my furnace using the existing thermostat. They told me I needed a new thermostat and they replaced. I had it replaced, because I have a baby living in the house and needed the furnace to work properly. I do not think I needed a new thermostat. The existing one was only about one year old.

great. they were punctual. charged us less than the previous company, and that was at time and 1/2 because we were only in on a weekend.

When they finally showed up (after three missed appointments) he did good.

We moved into this house a month ago. When I turned the A/C on the house did not cool down. I looked on Angie's list I found Albuquerque Plumbing , Heating and Cooling. I called and decided to take out a service agreement for a year. That was the best thing I ever did. When Ken came to service the units he told me that they were getting old. He was here for an hour and half. The added the freon and checked the cooling. Now the house is cool. With the service contract I got a 10% discount for the first visit.

Efrain from Albuquerque Plumbing has corrected years of neglect on our home, inflicted by other companies we paid to do the work. First, he corrected a bad toilet installation, done during a bathroom remodel several years ago. Then, during our spring switchover to cooling in April, Efrain spent a lot of time fixing problems left by a different plumbing service, whom we had contracted with for fall/spring switchovers for several years. We thought our swamp cooler was dying or unable to deal with local climate change. Efrain bored out the water tubes wetting the swamp cooler pads, and the difference is amazing. The cooler is performing as it did when it was new. The other company's plumbers could not be bothered. He fixed a long-standing issue with the faucet to our hose in the back yard in about two seconds. Efrain does not bad-mouth the poor work others have done. He just fixes the problem and explains what was wrong and lets us draw our own conclusions. I waited several months from his first visit to enter this review, on the chance that it might be a fluke. He is consistently honest and competent. I request Efrain when I call ABQ Plumbing. When I have to wait a little longer because he got caught with a mess somewhere else, it is worth the wait. The ladies answering the phones and doing the scheduling/billing are very pleasant and professional as well. It is a relief to have found a well-run plumbing company. Thank you, Angie!

The experience turned out well and I feel like he did a really good job. He was quick and I plan on possibly using them again in the future.

Service provider removed toilet in master bathroom and cleaned out drain. He said that he could not replace the toilet that day because it was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and he couldn't get the replacement wax ring (store wasn't open) until Monday. He did not even consider Lowe's or Home Depot which were open. He said he'd return on Tuesday to replace the toilet. I called twice and got a time of 6:00pm. He didn't show up at 6:00pm and said he couldn't make it out until after 8:00pm. I work a very early shift and go to bed around that time so he said he'd return on Wednesday at 3:00pm. He didn't show up. Am still waiting for my toilet to be put back into place. Good thing I have a second bathroom. I would not use this company again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for 2 hours of plumbing labor for $99. I didn't have high expectations, but Finch surprised me with how much he got done. I figured 2 hours would "get him started", but he was able to complete everything within the 2 hours and I only paid for some parts in addition to my original purchase. Finch is very honest, and I enjoyed having him and his assistant in my home. I highly recommend Route 66 Plumbing if you appreciate good 'ol fashioned quality work and professionalism.

I called the company in the morning and told them of my problems. She questioned me as to the work I had done to fix it myself and asked when I would want them to come to my house? I replied that today would be nice (not thinking it would happen) she said she would call me back. Twenty minutes later I was told the repair man would be to my house that afternoon. Sure enough he called an hour later and said he was on his way - amazing! He showed up, checked both toilets and went to work; he snaked one toilet and then had to pull it. Tree roots had envaded the flange area. He cleaned them all out explaining it may happen again even if we kill the tree - I hope not. He then replaced the float on the other toilet using the one I had bought. I am a completly useless with tools; so, having Angie's list is really the greatest thing in the world for people like me.

Very professional from first contact with the company and until the project was finished. The office was courteous and helpful, notified me who the tech would be and that they would call when heading to the house. The tech called as promised and showed up at the correct time. The office even called to follow-up. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Performed the work efficiently and did an excellent job. Will use this company for all my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Change of water heater was delayed but professionally completed. Took time to replace base etc. It is a very tight fit but looks like it will last for next decade. Cooler was cleaned, new pads, new water line etc. He took his time and did a good job.

I knew I had an emergency and found a couple of plumbers on Angie's List. ABQ Plumbing was the first one I reached where I didn't have to leave a message on a machine. There were able to fit me in right away. Finding the leak was tricky - there was a lot of noise but there was no water readily apparent. They were able to track it down and eventually found the leak several feet under the slab. They stayed late and were able to reair the two leaky pipes. Another gentleman came back the next day to fill in the two big holes in my dining room floor. Once they were finished you would never know that they had used a jackhammer. They were all very polite, fast, and professional.

Shane from Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling arrived on time and did everything that we expected quickly and skillfully. He even gave us some advice about when to repair/replace our swamp cooler. Excellent service--we will use them again this fall to shut off the swamp cooler and service the furnace, and for any other plumbing issues that come up.

My previous plumber ceased working so I changed to Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling just over a year ago. They are here right now switching my Heating and Cooling Systems. They are very good. They have good recommendations on Angie's List, but I'll attest to the fact that I like them myself. They give you feed back on everything. If they are going to be late, they call. If they are coming out, they call. What they have done, of course, is worked, which is good. They've been out a couple of times and I do like what I've seen so far. The job in the fall was really inexpensive. I would expect this work will cost more because there is more work when you put the cooling systems on.

Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling will come out and get the Air Conditioning ready for the summer and shutting down the Heater. Then they will come back in the fall and get the Heater ready and shut down the Air Conditioning. Their particular service guy that comes out is very good and very helpful. He seems to be quite honest and up-front.

bought a coupon for the service, called and made the appt. the repairman arrived as scheduled & flused the water heater & cleaned it. we always call this company when we need these type services at our home.

They were on time and very professional. I'm happy with the service and would recommend it.

They did a good job but they were very expensive compared to other plumbers I have used. Also I wished that they knew how to do wall repair so when they have to put a hole in the wall to fix pipes they would be able to patch it up again.

I had a couple of water values that needed to be replaced. Jacob (the plumber technician) did an outstanding job in replacing these values with level type handles vs the round turn type. The work was performed for the amount estimated and also within the time frame estimated. He arrived within the window period originally specified.

This company timely emailed me a detailed proposal of services to be performed. I was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. 3 technicians arrived promptly on service date..... Gabe, Ray, and Brian. All were friendly, respectful, and professional. All were neat and wore company uniforms. They appeared to truly enjoy working for this company. I was not required to pay for services until work was completed. Although I have not had an opportunity to use the system this past week, they tested the heating and cooling system before the job was completed. I am sure that my new refrigerated air conditioner will be a major improvement over my old swamp cooler!

It is good. Overall it was a good job. They did it in a day. All of the techs that have come has been very helpful, very personable, very trustworthy. I felt extremely comfortable with all the techs.
