The technician, Mario, came on time, and was finished quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. He charged half as much as another company was going to charge, and was honest with which parts did NOT need to be replaced, too. I will have him back in the fall to tune up my furnace.

Excellent. The plumber was knowledgable and did a professional job of removal and replacement of my kitchen faucet. He explained why one portion of the unit-a seperate soap pump could not be installed with the sink I owned. I was okay with the explaination and had purchased the faucet for the faucet, not the extra soap dispensor, that happened to come with the fixture. I appreciated his explainatons of different connections and purposes that were hooked up to the sink as well. The finished change out looked wonderful and I haven't had any leakage or problems since the repair.

They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The work area was left clean an neat. I have absolutly no complaints. I would highly recomend them!

We called at 2, we had a technician at our house by 4:15. Anthony was very professional and explained everything he had done and the cause of our problem. Work was done quickly and the price was comparable to other places I called. Would definitely use them again. UPDATE: The cooler started leaking 2-3 weeks after this review was completed. We got a different technician who said the problem was that the cooler was dirty and had to be thoroughly cleaned, not that the pads were "mismatched", as the previous technician had said. We were billed again for the second technician. When I called to speak to the manager about possibly getting a refund for the first service, which we apparently didn't need, the receptionist said she would have the first technician call me to explain the services he had performed. It has been a week since then and I have not heard from anyone despite two follow-up calls. Though the technicians were punctual and appeared professional and the office staff was always very polite, I would now not use this service again for fear of being billed for services I don't need.

Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling's technician (plumber) Marcus showed up on time. Marcus was very professional, personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously very experienced. He completed the job thoroughly and much faster than I expected. He tested the unit after installation to ensure there were no leaks. I'm having a problem with my central heating unit, and I'm sure I will call Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling when it gets cold, for them to diagnose and repair my furnace. I've been following them here on Angie's List for a couple of years, making note of all of their near perfect A+ reviews. (I used another HVAC/plumbing company last year to do a maintenance and service checkup on my AC/Heating system last year, and all they did was borrow my hose to climb up on the roof and spray the cooling unit.) Scott called to let us know he was on his way. He was professional. He replaced the water heater an hauled the old one away. He had to also change out some of the existing connections as they no longer were up to code. Although I hope we won't have to replace it again for another 15 years, I would recommend them to other and would not hesitate to call if we were having problems with it. I was disappointed he didn't have a business card magnet I could just stick on the water heater to make that call if needed more easily...that would be a nice convenience.

Albuquerque Plumbing and Jason Sharrar (who performed the work at my house) were 100% professional and made sure that the work was done right, even when that meant coming back on a Saturday afternoon. I would recommend this company without any reservations.

They were able to come out almost the next day and were right on time. They seemed to be knowledgeable.

Great. One of the tubes split a few days after, and they sent someone immediately to fix it and replaced with copper tubing. Then another connector split (not their fault at all, weird coincidence and it was an older part at a T connection) and they replaced that quickly and efficiently. Great customer service, fast response, explained everything clearly...fit me in FAST, I am very happy with service.

He never emailed me the estimate, so we went with another company.

The experience was excellent! We called the day prior and I spoke with Brittney who scheduled someone to come out the following day. Ken was our technician and he was polite, friendly, helpful and professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. We WILL be using the company again!

He was just kind and friendly. He really went out of way to please me as far as the work he was providing for me. I'd definitely recommend this company. I feel the service they provided for me doesn't get any better! Excellent service!!!!

We got them through Angie's List because of course we were just new to New Mexico. So, that's why I thought of Angie's List because I had no idea who to call. They do give the 10% discount. We will be calling them again because we are going to have some work done.

I called first thing on Saturday morning because my A/C was not cooling properly. A tech called me within the hour and said he would be there between 10 and 12. He also told me there was a higher labor rate for Saturdays. I said OK. He called when he was on his way, recharged the A/C and found the leak that had caused the problem. He also reviewed some possible options for replacing the unit in the future. Very professional and friendly.

We requested an estimate to replace swamp cooler. They called to say they could not make first appointment after my wife had already taken off from work. We rescheduled and the person showed up. He said he'd e-mail estimate which we never received. I tried calling, but number appears to be disconnected. I am glad to report that I received a call back. I was given an apology and an explanation as well as an assurance that they were working to avoid this type of problem in the future. We received a quote and now can make our decision. As a business owner myself, I don't take making reviews like this lightly. I thank them for making this right.

They're really good. They sometimes try to squeeze me in. I'm very pleased with them.

It went fine, I suppose. Initially, they didn't want to take my coupon. Once that was figured out, I was charged an extra $50 dollars b/c it required the serviceman to go get another tiny three dollar piece of pipe at the store. In total, it took less than an hour, maybe even closer to thirty minutes. I'm not sure why I had to pay the extra, but at that point, I needed a kitchen faucet, so I paid it instead of arguing. Update 7/13/13. Received a refund for my extra charge. Apparently, I had an unfortunate encounter with an employee who is not employed at the company anymore. The owner called me out of the blue and refunded me $40.00 and explained the situation. I am very impressed with the service and the honesty of their manager/owner. Sadly, this type of service is the exception and not the rule.

We have been using Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling for several years now. They are reliable and do good work. When you have an issue they come out quickly and take care of it. We have them take care of our home and our rental properties.

I knew I was in trouble when the bathtub filled up with about 4 inches of water and the toilet started leaking from the back. I called them on them and they had a guy out there in about an hour. He diagnosed the issue and had it cleaned out in about 30 minutes. I didn't know what the charge would be. But, was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a double charge for calling on a Sunday evening during the basketball game type charge.
