Our furnace was 25 years old. The man that came out was very nice. I felt like they were a company that I could trust. They did a good job cleaning up. They showed up early.

The repairs were very good-stopped the problem and the toilet flushes more vigorously now. He only had white caulk which looked terrible when finished so i removed it which was difficult because it was a very thick band and was on the floor in a few places.He did warn me that he only had white. For some reason now one of the bolts that holds the toilet to the floor sticks way up and the cap dangles in the air which is unacceptable. Aesthetics are so important! That 1 1/2 " bolt sticking up caused the "B" instead of an "A".

Responded same day as my request for service. Notified me promptly that service technician was tied up on another job & would be later than planned. When Bill, the technician, arrived he used booties on his shoes to Avoid tracking dirt into the house. Bill conducted himself very professionally and clearly explained everything he did. We discussed servicing my a/c and he explained that it would be more cost effective to hold off until Spring & that some tests could only be run in warmer weather. I always appreciate saving money & he went out of his way to save where he could. I will definitely use this company & hope I can have Bill back to perform the work. Great company & quality employee.

ABQ Plumbing and Heating did an awesome job. Arrived on time and performed the work to our satisfaction. Very professional and friendly techs. They also provided the right fit furnace for my house and didn't try to put pressure on me to get something I didn't need..

Gabe, the service tech, showed up on time and provided an estimate later the same day. ABQ Plumbing was $2000 cheaper for the same model than other companies that provided estimates. The service coordinator called to set an appointment to do the job promptly. We got an appointment for the following week. Gabe then contacted me to ensure the time and date were still acceptable and get some details for the work. Gabe and his assistance showed up on time and we're able to get the job finished in one day. They were very professional and courteous. They did a very thorough job cleaning up after they were finished. They also cleaned the utility room and left it much cleaner than when they started. Gabe returned the next day inspect the work and collect their amount due on the invoice. The work was performed exactly per the price on the estimate. They also did not collect any money until they were finished and inspected the work the following day. Overall I was very impressed and I will give them the first opportunity for any work I need in the future. EXCELLENT JOB!

My furnace was making a noise like a fan was off balance and hitting the side or metal. Kevin the Technician called me at 8:00 said he was available to come out said he would be here in approx 30 minutes he was here in 20 minutes. He looked at the furnace taking the front cover off turns out the motor was out of balance he said it wasn't harming anything and said it would cost a lot more to fix than to leave as is because of the age of the furnace. The furnace works fine just the rattling sound but wanted to make sure it wasn't something serious or if it would get worse but its ok.

Initially we had them come out to turn on an ancient floor furnace. It wouldn't start up and the parts are no longer available, so we had to get a new furnace. Kevin (I think) came out and gave us an estimate on a new wall furnace. He was great and honest- not recommending expensive central system for an older ABQ bungalow. We got a 2-sided wall heater that is really nice. The job seems well done. Expensive but a lot better than it could have been.

Excellent. The sinks were backing up into each other. I had called another well known companyand was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then told they might be able to squeeze me in tomorrow. I checked Angie's and called Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. My call was answered immediately. I explained what I needed and was told that Leonard would be out between 1 and 3 PM today. Leonard arrived just after 1 PM. In probably 15 minutes he had the sinks running great. I definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent work. Peace of mind about condition of furnace and it passing the carbon monoxide test. Worth the price. Ray did an excellent job. He came highly recommended.

After a very disappointing experience with two plumbers, I called ABQ Plumbing. I had talked with them at the Home Show and one of their people came out to give me an estimate on replacing a hot water heater and toilet. Although we did not have that work done, I was impressed with the professionalism of both the office staff and techs/plumbers. The plumber who gave us the estimate had mentioned that they have a package for two visits per year for swapping swamp cooler for furnace and v ice versa. When I called on Wednesday, October 29, the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and professional. She explained the package to me and we set an appointment for Friday, October 31 between 8 and 9:00. We received a reminder call the night before.Carlos was a little late in calling to tell us he was on his way. but when he arrived he did the work quickly and efficiently. I will call them again for sure.

The dryer vent duct in my house goes all the way to the roof of my house, it must be 25 or 30 foot long. I have had difficulty drying clothes for many years. Likewise the exhaust vents for my laundry room and one of my bathrooms exit in the same area as the dryer vent. The vents for all three were barely sticking out above the roof and not venting correctly. In fact some of the exhaust from the dryer and the two exhaust vents were blowing out some under the roof. The dryer could not breathe right. It was a ridiculous design the original designers of the house did for these three vents. I have used Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling before and they did a good job so I called them for this issue. My roof was going to be replaced soon so it was a perfect time to have these three problems corrected since they exited out from the roof. Jason gave me an estimate for extending the dryer vent and the two exhaust fan vents, plus cleaning out the dryer vent duct, and installing an inline dryer booster fan, and replacing the swamp cooler roof jack. The estimate was a good price. I was definitely interested in the inline dryer booster fan, I had done some research and determined this type of fan would relieve me of my clothes drying problem. Jason came by the day the roofers were here and worked well with the roofers. He installed the three vent extensions and the swamp cooler roof jack. Jason did a very good job. The inline dryer booster fan installation was a few days later. The two men that installed booster fan did a very good job. The inline dryer booster fan works great. Towels and jeans are dry in half the time it used to take and other clothes dry quickly too. What a relief. Very pleased with Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. I definitely recommend this company.

I bought a big deal and did not need what the deal outlined. The guy came out and let me know what the problem was. He was very honest and helpful. The job I needed done was less money than the deal so I went ahead and had that job done that he and I discussed.

After our garage was flooded by water leaking from our water heater, I left an early morning message with APHC's answering service receptionist, who was courteous and capable. After APHC opened, my call was returned by their receptionist, who was courteous and attentive. The technician who came out was punctual, clean-cut, polite without being obsequious, straightforward, and knowledgeable without being arrogant or condescending (as some repair-men are to the woman of the house). He quickly discovered the source of the leak. He was patient with my questions, and carefully explained what he thought was the best approach, without being pushy. He was attentive to detail, proficient, and meticulous. He was thoughtful and creative in solving some challenges. His assistant, who accompanied him on a follow-up visit, was also courteous and attentive. The experience was excellent in every way, including the value of the cost. I highly recommend Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any of the many services they provide.

Mike and his crew were nothing but professional and polite throughout a very long day and the quality of their workmanship is top-notch. Mike, in particular, has been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process and I will have no hesitation in recommending him and Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in the future.

Everyone at Albuquerque Plumbing, from Brittany on the phone to each and every tech, has been professional, efficient, courteous, and more than competent. Whether I have needed a seasonal service for a/c and furnace or repairs, they have scheduled calls promptly and to fit my schedule. If my old house presents a sticky problem, Anthony is five minutes away and the problem is solved.......with a smile even. I trust him and all the others at Albuquerque Plumbing.

From scheduling to repair everything was fantastic. The scheduling assistant was very helpful in getting us a same day appointment to repair our air conditoner. With it being summer we definitely didn't want to be in a home without cold air. The initial appointment was set for 1 pm but to my surprise I got a call at 10 am saying they could come now which was awesome. Mario the technician showed up and was very professional and thorough with the inspection. With in about 20 minutes he found the problem, left to pick up the part, and returned to replace all within 1.5 hours. Very happy with service and highly recommend!

The pricing was amazing, and they were here. I didn't have any hot water, andd they came out the same day. I spoke to Angel, and she made sure that they came out.

The first time that I used them, they were okay, the second time, I thought it was a lot of money just to put freon into the cooler. They were very cordial and everything, but their price was just ridiculous. They charge you a service charge, and it is not added onto the price that they charge you. I ended up calling another company because I still have problems with the air conditioner. They have a 10% discount if you tell them that you are on Angie's List. The receptionist was amazing, she was just so helpful. I liked that. The tech that came out to look at it was also very pleasant and nice. I have nothing to say about the service, but the amount of money that they charge you is ridiculous. Angel the receptionist and the tech were both amazing.
