Mark arrived within a few hours and successfully augered the drain, found and removed the obstruction. This is a rental property and he called me immediately to report the results and even sent me a photograph of the obstruction. (a toothbrush!!😐 )

It was a smaller job than we thought, but he fixed it very quickly! Very professional and kind.

Woke up to AC not working. Aaron showed up quick and called on his way. Diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it lightning fast. Diagnosed the system and confirmed it was working properly. All for a fair price for same day service and lots of tips for cost saving system maintenance.

Job was done professionally. Almost cancelled appointment. Company called to set up date and time but failed to show. I had to call them.

Installed 6 months ago and we were very happy with it at the time, but now that we needed to change the filter, they tightened it so much that my husband cannot get it off to replace. They want to charge a service call fee to come loosen it. Not good customer service in our opinion. They have lost a customer. We have used them several times in the past few years and had always been very happy with the service. They did not offer to come loosen when they had someone in the area.

EXCELLENT! Everyone, everyone--the office staff, the estimator, the team of two plumbers, the electrician--were friendly, professional, courteous, on time, and took the time to thoroughly explain or answer all my questions. They called when they said they would. They did what they said they would. They cleaned the work area when they finished. They are now THE ONLY plumbing, heating and cooling firm I will ever use.

It was wonderful the gentlemen were very sociable and treated me with respect and explained to this senior what was going on in language I could understand . The only problem was a mix up on dates they had to reset day.

okay... there were initial leaks after the install but they came and fixed them.

JJ provided a detailed description of work needed to remove and replace my 20 yr old rusted cooler, complete with photos and an itemized list of labor and parts. Gerrod and James arrived within the time parameter, introduced themselves and got to work. They did need to go get a larger unit and within 4 hours my new cooler was up and cooling my house. What I paid was exactly what was estimated. I received photos of every step of the installation.

Great. Was surprised by total after original estimate but to their credit they went ahead and honored the original quote. To me that says a lot about customer service. Excellent CS.

Still waiting for a receipt for the work completed. I will not us them ever again. Poor customer service for the have not answered phone calls or emails.

Heating repaired for temporary fix before replacing HVAC unit.

The tech who showed up was really creepy (kept asking me if I lived alone) and also didn't bother to tell me that the pump was broken when he turned the swamp cooler on. He tried to convince me I needed a new furnace and quoted me $6k for it. I had another HVAC person come look at it and they were able to do a simple repair for less than $300.

I had two technicians arrive at scheduled time Nicholas and Travis two very informed and polite people. It was a pleasure having them work in my house very professiona0l. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived and with great employees I will recommend your company to everyone I know who needs your services. Thank you for hiring such great people

APH&C came originally to repair a leaking internal sewer pipe that had flooded a basement in an approximately 90-year-old downtown house. They were called out after hours, came promptly, and made arrangements to return next day. The water service had already been turned off at the street. Two men returned on time, fixed the leak, and began work on installing a replacement water heater. As is common with old houses, problems were soon encountered: the chase (vent) had been installed backward. They worked steadily on the job for several days. In the midst of this, the basement flooded again from a new leak; thereby, establishing the need for a full redo of the old interior sewer pipes (iron) and a modification to the exterior clean outs and connections. Despite APH&C's heavy existing workload, they continued on with this new work. Once again an old house problem turned up: the back bathroom had no vent. Fixing it required putting in two new clean outs/connections. In the process they also repaired a leaking hose bib installed in the back wall of the house. Despite the problems encountered, there was no change to the original estimates. Given the state of the sewer lines in front, they also checked (camera) the sewer line going to the back house and on to the alley. It's pipes proved to have several offset connections and some obstructions. That work will be done later. I was impressed by the willingness of the workers to answer questions and explain plumbing facts. The lead plumbers carefully instructed the apprentices on tips and problems. They treated both their fellow workers, myself, and the tenants with consideration. They took care to protect the interior surfaces of the house and to clean up after themselves. With a few exceptions, they were remarkably free of both a "smooth marketer" and bullying attitudes--more so than other large companies I've dealt with. They did all they could to keep the tenants comfortable. I was also impressed by their ability to fit this constantly expanding job into their existing workload and do it during the Xmas holiday season (the job ran from Dec. 10 to Dec. 26, 2019. They promptly supplied me with copies of all permits and maintained a good relationship with the city inspectors. Overall, at least ten men worked on the job, of whom JJ and MIck McG were especially outstanding--for their attitude toward the clients, their fellow workers, and their company. APH&C keeps in touch with its customers by phone and by e-mail. I did feel a little bombarded by the e-mails, wishing for instance, that they wouldn't mail me to say a technician was on the way even as I was called with the same message. I also was a bit confounded by the number of e-mails from the billing department. That problem was resolved by my requesting one e-mail listing all the final charges, which was cheerfully supplied. Yes, I got grouchy as the work multiplied, but they didn't, at least not with me. Their training system is good.

Leonard was sooo Professional & Knowledgable, however, their estimate was outlandish!! Their Estimate was $21,000 whereas another plumbing company came in at 14,500.

The leak was repaired and the water heater was flushed

Did an online request for an estimate. A rep called and arranged an appointment, they weren’t able to fit me in for a few weeks, we actually changed travel plans to accommodate this estimate. We were assured this was free, no charge. Fast forward to today, they call this AM to let me know there is a “trip charge” of $185!! What?!?! They then explained “that” phone person has been fired, but there is still a charge! After I complained (I have tapes of the call) they phoned back and said they would reduce to $91? No thanks. Not the way we do business, will never use or recommend. Thumbs down, poor business practices all the way around!!!!!

They wanted to charge $90 just to come out and look at it. That is not an estimate or quote.
