Jerod and Sam arrived promptly (actually, may have even been a little early). Jerod inspected the kitchen and bathroom sink. He noticed that the toilet was running, looked at it and adjusted it at no charge. Sam worked on the pop up assembly while Jerod worked on replacing the kitchen faucet. One of the shutoff valves was leaking, and he asked me if I wanted to replace both. He explained options and I opted for new angle stop valves (requiring only a quarter turn for on/off). When Sam was done he asked me about my water heater, and explained that I should flush it 1X year, and also explained to me about a rod inside the water heater that should be replaced at 5 years max. My water heater is 3 years old. He also inquired about the water softener and said they have someone who also services them if needed. Both Jerod and Sam were very professional, thorough and polite, and I will use Albuquerque Plumbing & Heating again. Highly recommend!

Called this morning and Was given a time range between 12-5pm. The technician called at 115 pm that he was on his way. He arrived diagnosed the issue and had it fixed by 4 pm. Ryan was very polite and punctual. Used shop vacuum to clean as he went. Which was very nice.

Replacement of said water heater, but a city inspector did not pass the way it was replaced. they cane out a second time and made adjustments per inspector. Adjusted unit runs well so far.

Andrew and the crew were excellent. The poor guys had to go up in the crawl space above the garage in 96 degree weather. Very tight space and was so hot it made them sick. They got the job done in two days and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend these guys. The a/c is wonderful. Much better than swamp cooler.

Cameron was fantastic. Called first to say he was on his way. Arrived before the scheduled appointment. Was totally professional, thorough, and proficient. Couldn't be more pleased. Would highly, highly recommend!!! Amazing customer service in this day and age.

A/C was back up and running later that same day. The tech said he had 27 years experience with A/Cs and it showed. The old Freon, R-22 is quite expensive per pound, but needed due to a leak. Found the leak and welded the copper tubing. Needed to remove the Freon and add it back to eliminate any oxygen in the system. Replaced the outside cooling fan because it quit working and added a dye pack to find any additional leaks in 30 days and re-test again.

I've been very happy with the experience. He was here today, and I was pleased with his service. He was very nice. He explained everything very well to me. I thought I had a leak in my faucets and stuff, and he showed me that it wasn't, it was just the way all the pipes are, and sometimes they expand a little bit. He went, and he showed it to me, and then he explained it to me, and I understand now. He was very good. I was very satisfied with everything.

Well. It was clogged. Problem fixed in no time.

We're still working out the details.The initial estimate was $18,000 but we're working on another auction together.They gave me an initial estimate based on my initial criteria but now we're re-scoping. The assessment and estimate was performed. There were no services.

Nice to have my upstairs unit working again, "Thought I was going to literally die!!" Dennis was very honest about why he thought my A/C failed, which I agreed upon as well!! Was pleased at the fast service, when I called to make an appointment it was only a day after I called!! And the bill........ well it was not what I thought I was going to have to pay - let's just say that! So thank you for saving my life, so me and my daughter did not suffer a heat stroke!!!

In 41 years as a homeowner in Santa Fe, I've rarely had such a pleasant time with a major and expensive project and felt so comfortable about the price The ABQ Plumbing electrician, since he was here anyway, volunteered to have a look at an unrelated, long-standing "unsolvable" problem and succeeded where others had failed. The whole A/C job only took 3 days. We had a lot of men in and out of the house and every one was competent, polite and eager to please--considerably beyond the level I've come to expect. And, boy, are they tidy. One man drilled into the wall while another held a vacuum right to the hole to suck up all the dust. The new units are working like a charm, and we can't wait for the temperature to rise. Price below includes first year's two service visits.

What I would tell some is they can trust the technicians. The technician I interacted with was very knowable and professional in what they did and knew. It gave me confidence to confidence to bring them in for other plumbing heating and air conditioning needs I I'll have in the future.

They're very good. They are a good operation. I have no complaints. For what they did for me was pretty specific, for drain cleaning and simple stuff like that. They are definitely professional. I would use them again if I had to.

Plumbers came right away to help out with assessment and estimate. They were unable to locate the leak with full confidence so they referred me to a leak locator with very specialized techniques. I appreciated this because accurate leak location can greatly reduce the amount of tearout that must be done. Called the plumber back after the leak was located and they did a really good day's work tearing in to the leak, fixing it, checking it, and closing up the hole. They turned what I thought was going to be a nightmare into something that seemed very well handled. Definitely would use them again.

Work was done satisfactorily. Price was high for work done. I should have gotten other estimates.

They were excellent. They are highly professional. They have been taking care of the air conditioners for the last 40 years. They're very timely, they come on time, they get the work done, their prices may be a little higher than some, I'm not really sure of that, but I think their prices, I'm interested in that here in Albuquerque, so I'm pretty careful about not getting the really high priced folks, and I will continue to use them. I decided their price is worth it, and I'll have them back, and they'll charge me the same kind of prices. Responsiveness is excellent.

It was great. They came early and they fixed it three days before I expected them to. The price was reasonable and fair, and they were very communicative and professional. I was very pleased.

These guys were awesome! Mike came over yesterday to give me an estimate and provided me all the details and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable! Then today, Ryan and Francesco came over to do the install. These guys were absolutely the BEST! They were extremely professional, kind, courteous, experienced, thoughtful, with an outstanding work ethic. They listened, answered all my questions, had to move some things in the garage, and were very careful about returning everything to its original place. This is my "go to" plumbing company! I will ask for these guys by name next time! All were absolutely wonderful!

Terrible. He was late. He was unprofessional, slamming things around, swearing and left things a mess when he left. Never came in the house to check to make sure the systems were working.
