Description of Work: The Plumber the company sent out was excellent. Great job.I felt was extremely honest and explained everything that needed to be done and what was not.

Description of Work: Was an emergency call on a Saturday. Response was very timely as we live about 40 minutes or so from Albuquerque. The tech was polite. Pleasant, and used booties over his shoes so as not to track mud etc into the house! He was honest and answered all questions. He winterized our swamp cooler and stopped the water leak. Will use again!

Description of Work: Had new hvac system installed and on a later date had small plumbing job in the master bath. Both guys who did the repair were professional, courteous and did an overall great job. I would give an "A" but I did encounter a few issues with the scheduling department on both occasions which was a little frustrating... They seem a little disorganized but that will not keep me from using them for future jobs as I am pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I have used Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling to clean the drain and to replace the cleanouts for the sewer line.

Description of Work: We had a a dishwasher leak and even had water reach our carpet in the adjacent room. Ray responded on the same day and made sure the leak was only coming from the dishwasher and no where else (other pipes, slab, etc.) He told us our dishwasher was beyond repair and it needed to be replaced. He waived the $65 dollar fee if we agreed to use his services to install the dishwasher. That cost was just over $80. The company could easily have charged a time crunched couple twice, but they didn't. I can certainly appreciate that.

Description of Work: This is our second experience with Albq. Plumbing H & C and we are as pleased with their excellent and timely service the second time around as the first. The first visit was an emergency call over a holiday weekend to replace the evaportive cooler on our guest unit. They came quickly and offered a significantly better price than the company we had previously worked with. The second visit was to service our evaporative coolers (two of them). Our service providers were polite, knowledgeable about the equipment,, made the repairs quickly, and offered us an excellent price on a commercial contract for semi-annual servicing of our evap coolers and heaters. We plan to use them again and again! Keep up the excellent work!
