Description of Work: The pump had gone out on my swamp cooler. after calling around I found out that they offered an emergency after hours service that cost the same as some other providers' regular service, and they could come that same night. Turned out they couldn't make it that night but managed to come the next morning at the cheaper rate (the other providers could not fit me in for several days.) I had to call them again a couple of days later for a fan problem (not related to the work they had just done) and they again fit me in within a few hours - much appreciated in this June heat. Though I ended up paying a lot I was happy with the work and will consider purchasing their one-year service plan next year, when the service plan I currently have with a less impressive company runs out.

Description of Work: Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling fixed the flapper for the toilet in my master bathroom. The flapper did not work properly so they promptly came back to redo the fix. Technician was punctual and responsive.

Description of Work: The came and serviced our hot water heater that had developed a leak. They were able to send someone out within 4hrs calling. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly

Description of Work: The technician, Kevin, was supposed to send a camera through our duct work to see if he could find the reason for our poor air flow through the vents. After looking things over and checking our A/C unit, he concluded that we didn't need to spend the money on the camera. I really appreciated the fact that he kept me from spending money needlessly and instead gave me the real reason for our issues. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Description of Work: The technician did a complete yearly maintenance of my HVAC system. He found a problem with my thermostat that I wasn't aware of and fixed that. He had all the modern tools to analyze the vent outputs. That was something that the "home inspection agent" couldn't do when I bought this house. This company is very professional and highly trustworthy. I will use them again.

Description of Work: I have had only excellent experiences with Albuquerque Heating and Plumbing. I have used them for my swamp cooler, plumbing issues, snaking of my main line and my furnace. Everyone single one of the folks is professional including those who you deal with in the office. Also, they are quite punctual. They are honest and do not invent work or have you spend money unnecessarily. I highly recommend this outfit.

Description of Work: Albuquerque Plumbing did a major overhaul of our heating system. They replaced the old duct work with new, added A/C to our furnace and installed a Fujitsu unit in our study which heats and cools with electricity. Everything works great and they were a great company to work with. We highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I called this company early in the morning and a plumber came to my house in an hour or a little more. He quickly fixed the leak and was done in less than an hour. It was a leak in one of my supply lines and was leaking a lot of water in my garage. I shut the water off at the main valve before the plumber arrived. The plumber was courteous and professional. This is a good company.
