Description of Work: I will never use them again. They charge double from the original estimate - installing new faucet, and replacing few parts in two toilets. Total cost was $442, we bought new faucet on our own. The they suggested replacing another bathroom sink faucet, they esimateted time needed 2-3 hours. We requested an estimate for hot water heater replacement (not tankless) - $3000 for 50 gallon. This is higher than TLC prices. will never use them!

Description of Work: Outside water faucet was removed and replaced because it was leaking inside of wall, and keeping the stucco wet. They responded to our call quickly and everything was in working order in a short time.

Description of Work: hot water pipe upstairs storage developed a pin hole leak. Had water into drywall and plywood flooring. He cut out the bad section of piping and welded the new pipe into the line

Description of Work: Came out day before holiday just to help out. Pulled to technicians from a street crew to help with my plumbing. Very impressed. Called another company before and they told me they couldn't come out for a week. I'll stay with this company, at least they care.

Description of Work: Friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the A/C unit which had low Freon. Did not try to push on other services. The high expense was the Freon which is not manufactured anymore. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Albuquerque Plumbing replaced a failed and leaking hot water heater. They were very responsive and worked to ensure we would not be without hot water any longer than necessary. |The installers were professional and courteous. Overall service was excellent.

Description of Work: I bought their $199 spring/fall package to change the swamp cooler and heating over which gave me one less thing to worry about having Jason around. He is one of their managers and master plumbers, and knows his stuff.

Winterized two air conditioners and started furnace. Also checked for furnace leaks. Replaced air conditioner covers that were torn with metal covers. Friendly, competent professional on all three times.

Description of Work: We have always had great luck with Alb. plumbing and heating. Have used them for heater installations, leaks, hot water installation and pipe repair. Tech Mike is great, responsive and does well with our dogs (who like to help him). highly recommend this company to any one looking for responsive and excellent repair work.

Description of Work: There was a strange odor at my house and each time they came out to service the issue, the odor was gone. I ended up not needing the service after all, but they were very nice to work with and responsive.

Description of Work: When work was finally complete it was very good but the original technician lacked sufficient knowledge of the unit we had and after 3 visits that were unsuccessful in fixing the problem he had to bring in another tech who helped him diagnose and repair the problem. I was ultimately satisfied with the results but it took a long time.

Description of Work: They were actually a second opinion I obtained from a prior A/C Service which had quoted me a very large fee to replace a motor. The technician from Albuquerque plumbing did a minor repair to the motor along with replacing a different part saving me approximately $350.00 dollars. I was very impressed with them and will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Replace washer, drained hot water heater, replace 2 out side water faucet. Had to make two trips because the office didn't tell them what to do. Charged for two men. Charged while they made a trip to the hardware store to pick up what was needed. Very unhappy with their service and way over priced.

Description of Work: Repairman checked an AC unit that was blowing hot air. He found the problem right away, showed me the damaged part and replacement part. He was polite, honest and very professional. He also went over the very reasonable charges and explained everything.
