I am always happy to have work done by ABQ-Plumbing Heating & Cooling. There are less expensive service techs in the Albuquerque area, but none as professional. Nathaniel Boggus did the work this time and did a great job. i couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Charles was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He performed the services quickly and and took the time to educate me about my furnace, my cooler efficiency, and options for maintenance plans. This was another great experience with Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. The office staff is quick and professional and the technicians are always expert.

I have no idea how this company received service awards and high ratings in previous years because this was the absolute worst experience I've had with this company. While the technicians were professional and okay to work with, the work was not completed in two days as promised. The sales rep/project manager did not communicate details of the project that resulted in me missing work on several days. He will not return my phone calls or emails. He has not returned or sent anyone to finish the "punch list". I had to use my prepaid annual service agreement to get the technicians back to turn on the furnace and make adjustments to the gas pressure. The list goes on and on and I will never use this company again. In one conversation with the company they asked if I wanted management to be notified of my complaints and I said yes. Despite that no one contacted me to resolve the issues or listen to understand my concerns, in fact, the poor communications continued and I had to call back several times just to get my furnace turned on. I was not going to turn it on myself because the gas company suspected that the furnace gas valve was damaged when the furnace was connected to the new gas line. My next step is to try the mediation process in an attempt to get the project finished.

The technician, Nathaniel, was fantastic. He called en route and arrived on time. Following his diagnosis of the issue, he made the necessary adjustments to correct the problem. The fireplace now works great.

All went fine. Not in their control but this particular circuit board was very expensive.

They were wonderful. Great guys very hard workers. They respected our property as if it were their own. Couldn't ask for a better ending to a very large job.

Following evaluation of the problem with old toilet, it was determined that the old fixture needed to be replaced. We ordered a toilet on-line. When it arrived, we made an appointment with ABQ Plumbing to come and install it. The installer (Leonard) arrive as scheduled, replaced the unit, and hauled the old toilet away. He was friendly and efficient. The cost included the original inspection installation of the new unit.

The pricing was good. It was fair. They came right away.

very professional. the tech called to say he was on his way. showed up early. diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. serviced the issue. problem fixed. all within a few hours of my initial phone call. very impressive. no fuss, no muss.

Greg came out on Friday afternoon and was a big help. He quickly fixed our problem and was very good at explaining the cause and solution. We had a clogged sink that was caused by some inappropriate use of the disposal. Greg was courteous, professional, personable and did a thorough job. He left the area he worked in spotless and we are most grateful for his awesome service. I will definitely be calling this service for any future plumbing needs.

Jerod came out within an hour of our call. He and his apprentice, Cornelius, discovered a major leak under our driveway. They dug up and replaced the section of pipe that was leaking. They kept us informed every step of the way, and did a really nice job of cleaning up the area. They were both very courteous and professional and we will definitely call on them again in the future.

It took some time because he had to leave and get the parts but he came back, installed them, and got us cooling down on a hot June day.

Excellent. I called an "emergency" number. I'm still waiting for a callback. After being ignored for 4 hours, I called Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling. They were having their morning meeting and scheduled my problem right in. The gentleman came out, looked at it and gave me several options. We settled on one and he set me up for the same day. About 6 hours later I had hot water again and it was all up to code. They took care of all the necessary inspections and a few days later I was legal. I was so happy. They are my first phone call from now on for any plumbing, heating or cooling problems.

My sink disposal clogged on a holiday weekend (Saturday). The ugly brown water from the depths of unclean pipes gurgled up into my sink. I had plans and desperately needed the kitchen that weekend. When I called I reached the weekend operator. He was professional and polite. I received a call back from the technician in about 20-30 minutes. The technician gave me a starting price and explained further pricing would depend on how long it took him. He gave me a time frame for arrival, and was spot on with the timing he gave me. He was able to take the pipes apart, drain the sink, unclog the pipes in under an hour. He also provided me with some instruction on how to keep the disposal clean and hopefully avoid future problems. He was professional, friendly,and cleaned up after himself (or cleaned up after me, since I clogged the pipes). This is my new go to company for plumbing needs.

they had to clean all the coils and it was a messy but necessary job. no complaints no problems so far, I'm satisfied. They showed up with a crew of two and did the job.

It went well. We were very pleased with them.

They quoted me $85, then charged my husband 135. The invoice even said no new parts were needed. I called to complain, and they asked me to fax the invoice in. I did, and never heard from them again. I'll find someone else from now on.

Great. The technician did a great job staying in contact with me and letting me know what was being done each step of the way.

The dispatcher was responsive and got the service technician to my house the next day (I could have chosen 24/7 service if I chose the OT work). The initial visit got the A/C running again but it didn't cool quite right... When I called back they sent the same service technician so that he was familiar with the history of the troubleshooting. The service technician was friendly and professional. I used other services in the past, but never again. I've been recommending Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and A/C to all of my family and friends.

Replied promptly to the request for an estimate. Did the install in a timely way. Installers were courteous and cleaned up all debris related to their job.

I had a serious plumbing problem—the drain pipe from my washing machine was broken behind the wall and was flooding every time I used it. I called Albuquerque Plumbing and they were fantastic!! It took the plumber about 4 hours to cut out my wall, go get the parts he needed, repair the pipe, and install an access panel (in case there are any future problems there). It cost ~$400 and some change, but … YAY!!! Now I can use my washing machine again. It was quick, painless, and not very expensive. I recommend them for plumbing.

The staff was efficient and courteous. All the repair was complete in a just a few hours. I highly recommend their services!
