Description of Work: My beloved 12 year-old golden retriever died suddenly in the early morning at my home. I called my vet, and he told me I needed to have her cremated so I called ALB Pet Memorial. The staff was very kind and comforting from the first telephone contact, to picking up and removing my dog from my home, and then to finally picking up her ashes. I was very sad and upset and the staff was very emphathetic and helped to make a very tough situation more manageable.

+ 0 moreThey are really good people. They stayed open extra time and waited for us on a Saturday. They seem to care and are sympathetic. Even though we were there after hours on a Saturday, the young man that was there was as sweet as could be.
Description of Work: I took my pet that passed away there for cremation. They do the cremation service and give you either a plastic box so you can spread the ashes or can get an actual urn.

+ 0 moreI felt that the Memorial service did a fine job taking my pet and giving me back my ashes. My pet was a dear friend and when asked by the Vet if I might want a paw print, I said yes, wanting to keep my pets memory alive as long as I could. When I got the bill, I realized that I had paid $100 for a paw print that cost them less than $5 to make. It was cheap and the name was not on the frame straight. I would recommend no one ask for this. Make a paw print before your dog passes. I was distressed at the time of asking for this service and I didn't think it would cost more that $25. I felt they took advantage of me.
Description of Work: I called the service the night before my dog was to be put down. She was going to be put down at home. They call was never returned. The Vet's office took care of the rest as they took my Dona to their office and APMS took it from there.
