Bill Costa is a very hard worker and seemed to try his best, so I didn't want to be too picky, but I would not ever recommend him for elastomeric painting.
Description of Work: Bill's team painted my townhouse with "elastomeric" paint rather than restucco. His was definitely a fair price. As I was working full time, I wasn't here to check things over as they happened. They missed covering some spots. Bill was very accommodating in returning for the patch job, but I have continued to find spots over the past few years that need touch up (I have done the work instead of calling) and I had a few bad bubbles in the paint skin one year when it rained quite a bit. This indicates they were not careful enough with prep work which is very important with elastomeric paint. Also, they did not dig down below the natural land line to get paint coverage where a good stucco team would have done so.

Bill Costa and two other painters made short work of applying two coats of paint in most areas along with caulking above and below the baseboards, repainting them as well as doors and adjacent wood. They were pleasant and hard working; the job went along without any hitches.
Description of Work: Bill Costa Painting does both exterior and interior painting. We have used them for both in the past. This time, the job involved only interior work, such as patching some ceiling damage, re-painting the inside entry, dining and living rooms and the ceiling in that area; plus one bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and back hallway. The job was completed ahead of schedule.

SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME SO I DECIDED TO TRY THEM OUT AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY NEVER MESSED UP ONCE AND I'M GLAD I HIRED THEM.

THEY WERE NICE, BUT THEY WERE SLOPPY. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL JOB. THEY SLOPPED PAINT ALL OVER MY PATIO AND THEY MISSED SOME SPOTS. THEY DID NOT DO A VERY NEAT JOB.
