Albuquerque Fence Co

As far as I can tell, everyone who works for this company is either incompetent or does not care to do their job. You will be made to feel as though you are a nuisance asking for any services including just getting an estimate (after all, who wouldn't rather go home at lunchtime on Friday rather than do their job?). Fortunately the person who was supposed to run my credit card for the down payment, could not be bothered to do that either, so I never actually was able to purchase any services from them. When I complained to the primary contact person, I never received any response. A basic apologetic response from her would have prevented me from writing a scathing review, but again--who really wants to be bothered providing any services? Don't use this company.

It was bad from the start they kept calling to see if we wanted the fence installed when i finally said yes it took them forever to get us scheduled, then they would come out and work on the fence for half a day a disappear. Then the fence did not work properly and they charged us for a service call to fix the work that they installed improperly.

The estimator forgot about our morning appointment. After waiting for over an hour, I called to find out why they never showed up. According to the estimator, it was never put on the schedule. They eventually showed up 3+hrs later. We did receive the estimate before the weekend which was the only positive experience using this company.

I am sorry that I did not use them. I used another company instead, who was awful to work with. I was very impressed Albuquerque Fence. The company I used just promised me a lot more than they delivered. I thought the Albuquerque Fence guy was very knowledgeable and was very specific about what he would do. I thought their quote was reasonable. I think they have done work in the area and it seems to be fine. I think they were very straightforward about what they would do and the kind of fence material they would use. I think just being specific was what I liked. We had minimal contact, but I liked the man who came out. I thought it was fine.

My overall experience with them was very good. Everything was just fine. There was just one person I encountered that was very rude. Everybody else in the company had excellent customer service skills.

They did a pretty good job. However, the only thing I noticed was that they didn't clean up after themselves.

We were told it would take no longer than 2 days and it took 10 days. They said they would be at my property each morning at 8:00 am and they were never there before 9:00 am. Some days no one showed up at all or called to let me know they wouldn't be there. Their craftsmanship was poor and they were very unorganized and unprofessional.

It was a very nice experience.

We needed a taller fence so that we could use our back yard without looking directly into the back yard of our neighbors. We had previously installed four feet of wooden lattice to the top of the wall but the cinderblock wall it was attached to was looking unstable, so we removed the lattice. Gabe from Albuquerque Fence came to look at what we needed, measured, and gave us a price. He later brought a sample of the material they would use. We decided to go with their offer, and their crew installed the posts the following day. After the weekend, they put up the rest of the fence. They came when they said they would, all were courteous and hard-working, and the price was what they quoted at the start. The quality of the fence is superior. This was an excellent experience.

Needed an estimate. On three separate occasions they failed to return my calls and even failed to contact me after I personally called on the store. Took my business elsewhere.

Very pleased with the workmanship and value that I received. The workers took care with existing plants on the property by doing the post hole digging by hand and not using heavy equipment for any of the work. The fence looks great and the materials used were higher quality than proposed by other bidders.

MY FENCE IS STILL STANDING SO THAT SHOWS THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK, STAYING FOCUSED AT ALL TIMES. IT LOOKS GREAT AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT.
