These guys were great! I've had my share of bad experiences with movers, but I am happy to say ABQ Discount Movers are not among them. They showed up right on time, were friendly and professional, and worked quickly and carefully. Every item they moved arrived at my new house in exactly the same condition it left the old house in. I definitely recommend ABQ Discount Movers and will use them if I ever need to move within town again.

Perfect. They have done jobs for us several times and we have always been happy. They are punctual, well prepared and very professional. In this particular instance I wasn't sure how to fit all the garage items into the shed and they had it done in about an hour.

These folks are wonderful. This was the third time I've used them, and all three times they have been prompt, professional, extra helpful, and have discussed any potential issues with what they were moving for me. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them in future moves.

I recently bought a house. I needed to have some of my furniture moved to the new house. Throughout the service was prompt and professional. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and I set a date for the move. My window for them to arrive was 1:00 to 3:00 PM. I got a call around mid-morning saying the morning job had gone more quickly than was estimated and could they come by at noon? I said sure. The moving team (2 men) arrived promptly and 2+ hours later my furniture was at the new place. I do have one tiny, itty-bitty gripe. I was told by the owner that the man working up the estimate would be part of the moving team. Imagine my surprise when two different men showed up. I asked the team and they said my estimator had been working on another job which had run longer than expected. It would have been nice to have been told this during the phone calls that morning. (I like surprises only at Xmas and my birthday.)

Our office contacted them about 2 wks before the date we wanted the move to occur. They were there, gave the information we needed. We wanted to move early in the morning and they said they'd be there at 8:00 a.m. Later we had to call & tell them to come to the alley behind the bldg. for moving; By 8:10 a.m. on the scheduled day, they were there; they tools to take apart the moving parts and did so efficiently. At the target site, they recommended a layout that wld work best given the size of the furniture and they put it together and it was perfect.

On time and got the job done quickly!

Moved all packed items from apartment on the second floor to a waiting rental van.

They showed up a bit earlier than scheduled and man, were they fast... Careful with my belongings, too. I would definitely use them again if I move in the future.

It went extremely well, from the scheduling, to the actual move. The two movers were on-time, personable, and careful with the moving of large awkward items. We'd be very happy to use them in the future. They were great!

Moved prepacked boxes and large furniture pieces from Los Luna's to NE Albuquerque. They are very competent as well as up front and honest in their business dealings. We were very pleased!

They were great and the driver was really good. He stayed on task and worked really hard. One guy that was with him, I think he might have been new, was checking his phone every five minutes so that was a little bit discouraging. Overall they got the job done really quickly and it was exactly what I wanted so they were good to work with.

They showed up on time and were very quick. They both were very pleasant to be around and made quick work of moving our items. We had a few items we'd boxed up ourselves and we couldn't get the boxes to close (odd shaped items, etc) so we figured they wouldn't move them - but it didn't seem to be a problem! I'd absolutely recommend them. Great price as well! They charge by the hour and charge a small "transportation fee" but overall I thought it was a very fair price - especially considering how quickly they got us loaded into the truck and unloaded.

I needed assistance with moving some furniture and a few other things from Moriarty to Albuquerque, NM, a distance of about 35 miles. The two movers arrived right on schedule. The job took about 3.5 hours from start to finish. Very satisfied with a very professional job. They dismantled our king-size bed at the origin and reassembled it at destination very quickly.

They were on time, very polite, and worked well. It was a VERY HOT day in August, but they hung in there and got the job done. Bless them for making all those trips up and down the stairs! I picked these movers because they were the only ones on Angie's List that had all A's and B's in the reviews. We were very satisfied with this move. They had to break down and set up a platform bed as well. I recommend them to anyone who mentions they are moving!

They unloaded furniture from a rental truck. They were careful and efficient.

We could not have had a better experience! The scheduler worked closely with us to get the move scheduled quickly, even though Thanksgiving was coming up. The moving crew showed up on time and got right to work. Started with a two-man crew, but the head mover suggested we call a third to get the move done more quickly (weather was getting bad). Cost turned out the same as the estimate for a two-man crew - one more person but fewer work hours, plus we were in the new place in plenty of time to start unpacking right away. It was a very good suggestion. All three guys were extremely professional, did whatever was necessary to get the move done (including taking apart two heavy and bulky desks to get them through some narrow spaces). They were very careful, wrapping all my furniture and artwork first. Didn't complain about stairs and elevator situation in the condo, or the crummy weather. They were very fun to be around and got the job done quickly and carefully. I only gave them a B instead of an A on price because I'm kind of cheap, but I've used them before and will definitely use them again.

Punctual, knowledgeable, and hard working! They pointed out cracks in my dining room table legs. I very much appreciated that because I have a 2yr old grandson that could have hit the table, causing potential injury. They did a great job!
