This company is wonderful from Tina to the movers. Completely met my expectations and I would recommend them and use them again if the services were needed.

The entire team was thorough! They came back out and touched up some scratches on the wooden sofa and on the wooden bed frame after the furniture was set up. They worked tirelessly and efficiently, and even though the furniture got scratched, they did their absolute best in covering it up and I can't tell anymore, they did such a great follow-up visit!

Joe and his helper arrived on-time as prearranged. Must say, it wasn't and easy move as they were walking up and down three flights of stairs for several hours. Everything was handled perfectly with zero damage. Very professional work without any problems or issues. Never slowed down just to burn more time off the clock. Used them a total of three times in July as my move required a brelf time in storage before finally landing in my new home. Ask for Joe. He is personable and professional. Well mannered and polite crew of workers. Highly recommend their services. Tina makes things happen on-time. Nice local company that deserves our local support.

Tina, in the office, is really great. She knows how to schedule, what questions to ask, and is generally knowledgeable and helpful. She also answered follow up questions about the location of a particular box. The movers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They worked around painters, without complaining, in the new home, which was not easy to do. They also worked quickly so that a second truck (with things from another person moving into the same home) would be able to unload when it arrived. No one in Albuquerque is better than this company at what they do. The move was accomplished in record time because the owners and employees are true professionals. Everything was handled carefully, packed well and delivered with no problems. I was pleased to recommend this company to my friend and pleased that, as usual, they did an excellent job.

We had some bedroom furniture that I had brought back from Colorado that was extremely heavy, and needed help getting it from the moving truck inside the house. We called Albuquerque Discount Movers in the morning, and they were able to come by same day early afternoon! The two helpers, Arnoldo and Joshua, were on time, polite, friendly, and were very careful with the furniture bringing it inside. The only downfall was having to pay for a minimum 2 hrs, when the job took about 45 minutes. But I honestly didn't mind paying because they did a very good job! They took their time and did it right, and for that, it was worth the extra money. I will definitely use them again in the future, and would recommend them!

Based on the previous Angie's List reviews of Albuquerque Discount Movers, we decided to contact them a month in advance of our in-town move. Tina Trujillo responded very promptly. Tina was extremely helpful. I spoke with her several times by phone about the details of the upcoming move, and she always was accommodating, straightforward, and friendly. I greatly appreciated Tina's invaluable assistance. On the morning of the move itself, the three-man moving crew arrived right on time. They immediately set to work, quickly but carefully packing and loading our various belongings into their truck (including a large home library). On the other end of the move at our new house, they were equally effective, efficient, and excellent. The crew completed our move faster than we anticipated. Moreover, the move ended up costing us less than we expected, which, of course, is always a pleasant surprise. We definitely would recommend Albuquerque Discount Movers to anyone and everyone thinking about a move in the Albuquerque area. They provided us with fantastic service at a great price. Although we aren't planning on moving again (at least anytime in the foreseeable future), if we ever do, we'll certainly be turning again to Tina and company.

I called Albuquerque discount Movers when the original company I hired could no longer do it. At the last minute, Tina was able to get someone to help me move. The two men were polite and fast. I would definitely use them again ? although I hope I don't have to!

From the first contact with the office staff, to the survey, to the actual move itself, this company provided outstanding service. A survey of the scope of work was done the same day I called, and an accurate assessment of the job was done. I was contacted the day before the move to reconfirm the job start time, and the moving crew was actually able to arrive ahead of schedule. Everything was accomplished quickly and efficiently and in a high quality manner; no damage at either end and everything was placed as I requested and needed. I highly recommend using this company for anyone's moving needs, no matter how large or small, complicated or simple the move.

Tina and the crew were so cooperative and professional. Tina called to follow-up on the move and a supervisor came with the two movers to make sure the job went well. I booked them for 6 hours and they finished in three. Very efficient and careful with all of our belongings. Nothing was broken, scratched, and no walls were damaged at either house. A truly great moving experience!

Great! 1. They came by to give us a quote. 2. They sold us boxes at a reasonable rate and promised to buy back any boxes we didn't use (at full price) 3. They came by and dropped off boxes the next day. 4. They came on the day we scheduled, exactly when they said they would. 5. They packed and moved our stuff all day - working very hard the whole time. Everything arrived at our new place in perfect condition. 6. We paid the agreed upon rate, discounting the price of the boxes we didn't use. All three of the crew members were professional, careful and friendly.

Before the move I had to change the date a couple times due to problems with the closing on our old house, and Tina was very helpful and responsive to these changes, arranging the move exactly when we needed it. Due to the unexpected changes, they were not able to come out and actually view the contents of our old house prior to the move, but took a description from me over the phone. As it turned out, this caused a slight problem later. The movers showed up earlier than expected, which was actually a good thing. They were very careful with all our goods, and packed the truck as efficiently as possible. They worked quickly, and had filled the truck by noon, but we still had a few items left to pack. They offered me the option of finding a friend with a pickup to move the remaining items, but that wasn't possible on short notice, so they had to make two trips. Unloading at the new house went just as smoothly, and they made the second trip right away. They were finished by mid-afternoon, with no damage to anything, and everything placed where we wanted it and reassembled as necessary. Since they had to make two trips, the cost of the move was more than I had anticipated, but that was mostly our fault for having just too much stuff. Otherwise the entire moving experience was excellent.

Have used them three times now. Very satisfied. Very professional and courteous. They were on time and worked hard all day. Tina was very professional in her scheduling and follow-up, also.

I was told by Joseph that we would be amazed at what they can do. We WERE truly amazed at how efficient, fast, yet careful they were with our possessions. The hutch contained many breakable family treasures, as well as china, and it was beautifully.On moving day, two vans and four movers arrived, right on time. The move was only about 2 miles, and I had expected one very long day. Once again, we were happily surprised to find that they unloaded quickly and efficiently. They remained courteous and pleasant all day. We highly recommend this moving service and would definitely use them again.

Joseph and Julio arrived at the scheduled time, were hard-working and very careful to protect the furniture and appliances. They had some helpful advice, and went about the job professionally. They were respectful, and we heard no foul language. The price was also very competitive.

Showed up on time and immediately went to work. In packing and moving our goods and furniture (some extremely heavy and bulky), not even one piece has been found to be broken and no scratches were made on our walls or furniture. These guys (Joe, Arno, Carlos, and Julio) worked extremely hard for two days in packing and unloading their trucks. In addition, they made great suggestions for cost cutting and protecting our floors. They saved us at least $2000 when compared to a national company''s estimate; they deserve the high rating that they maintain on Angie's List. We highly recommend them.

Called Tina and set up a date for the move and Arnold and Carlos arrived at the appointed time and carefully covered, padded, and secured our furniture in the truck. At the new home, they moved in and placed our household goods without a scratch to anything. These young men are hard working and very competent pro's at this. I would use and recommend this company again for any move.

Excellent! Arnold and Carlos were extremely professional and hard working. An estimate was done prior to the move to decide how many hours the job should take and how many staff. The actual job was almost exactly at the estimate. It was a big move and Arnold and Carlos maneuvered antique and heavy furniture to the upstairs without any damage at all. I had everything packed prior to the move and they came and loaded it, transported it and then moved it to the rooms labeled on the boxes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First of all, my excellent moving experience started with Tina. She was so accommodating with our moving date because we were unsure when we would be closing on our home. Once we settled on the date, a crew of 3 worked ALL DAY (only stopping for lunch). The crew was very careful with my belongings and they were super cautious with my wood floors and newly painted walls. I totally recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy movers. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

I did not realize we would end up having so many boxes and gave a wrong estimate. But these guys were extremely patient and carried all the stuff carefully. We would definitely recommend them.
