I brought my chainsaw into this place just for a new chain and a gas filter and it was running when I got it back it would not start. I came in respectfully and the lady here was so rude, not wanting to comprehend anything or get along. I was not saying that they broke it. I was asking if they could get it started if I was doing something wrong and she stayed continuously disgusting. Rude adage is bad for business the owner with the gentleman but her lady help us so wrong she should just stay home and not ruin this guy the business.

I cannot fault the work, however. They seem to do a good job although what they do is not all that complex. But I have tried Sears and they take even longer and are a hassle to deal with and a couple other places that charge too much. So, I keep going back knowing what I'm getting.
Description of Work: They did a standard mower blade sharpen and tuneup. I have used them for several years. I have tried others but haven't found anyone that was better or cheaper but that is not necessarily saying much. They ALWAYS take much longer to do the work than they estimate. They say it will take a week and I have to call a week-and-a-half after and, "Oh, its just about ready to be worked on." Then they call me in a couple more days to say it is ready.

I took the roto-tiller to them on the sixth of June to get an estimate, and they said they would have an estimate for me right away. However, I had to call them numerous times throughout the following weeks to fiind out what was happening. On my last call to them, the receptionist said she thought they were inspecting the tiller right at that moment, and she said she would call back. Several hours later, I called her back and learned they had done the inspection and were billing me for $39.06. I was surprised at this since they never gave me an invoice for the cost of the inspection on my initail visit. I feel as though they were taking advantage of the situation.
Description of Work: They provided an estimate for repairing my roto-tiller.
