The technician did a great job on the inspection and service. I made arrangements for a return visit. In the mean-time I built a pair of frames to hold "return-air filters" at the two ceiling return ducts. The return visit included both the service call and the expense of installing the return-air filter system and filters. Prompt, cheerful service and very professional on both occasions.

It went very well. I've used them twice. They did a good job. It was a pretty decent place. They seemed to be pretty honest. I will use them again.

I was so impressed with them the first time I call them back again for something else. Am happy to have finally found an honest contractor that does not overcharge or stick it too you thinking they will never be back. These guys were half what others charged me before and did better work. I own several rental property?s and plan on using them for those too when need.

I had the work done in 2012 and it is still working, therefore they did a very professional job. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were very good about following up with the work they did. We were out of town and they made sure to keep us informed. They followed the list of services we agreed on before the installation.

In May 2011, I purchased a new, upgraded furnace and air conditioner for my home from Air Pro. Twice yearly they inspect and service the furnace and air conditioner. This "deal" was for my Spring visit. They are always on-time, professional, efficient and pleasant. Last year, they responded quickly to a thermostat "emergency" I had and resolved the issued right away. I highly recommend Air Pro and in the Albuquerque sea of shady businesses, they are indeed an island!

The service provider completed his work in a very professional manner. I have absolutely no complaints about the service. I chose this provider because I have used them to tune-up my furnace last fall and was happy with the service. If I had it to do over again, I think I would choose a different offer, one that applies the price of the diagnostic to the cost of labor, or parts. Diagnosing the issue took all of five minutes. For that I paid $49.99. Beyond that, I paid 40.91 for the replacement part, $49.25 for labor, and $6.31 tax. The whole thing took no more that a half hour. I honestly don't know that I saved any money at all by buying the deal through Angie's List. The only reason I would not use this provider in the future for a similar issue, is I think I could get a better deal. I still think they do very good work.

I am so pleased with Air Pro. I needed to reschedule the service appointment twice. My unit is on the roof so when inclement weather was in the forecast, I spoke with Lori about a different date. She was very accommodating and cordial. Dqniel came to my house yesterday. He showed up on time and went straight to work. He vacuumed the unit and checked all the connections. He patiently answered all of my questions and made recommendations for the thermostat and the settings for operation. I wish all providers were this thorough and professional.

The salesman who came out was very polite and respectful, and answered all of my questions. He was the third company I had come out. He was willing to talk at length about my needs/limitations and what worked for me. I expected his estimate to be more expensive, because he was the only company that offered to install Carrier (they are the official carrier dealers), rather than a less expensive option. Another reason I chose them was because they are NATE certified. However, their estimate was slightly below the others. The installation was performed on time, in less than a day, by technicians who were equally polite, respectful, and happy to answer my questions. They were able to adapt to a slight change in the installation (due to my husband fixating on the height of the new damper). There was a little confusion about the new thermostat, but they returned to fix that within a few days (they probably would have returned sooner but I told them not to rush, since it was a pretty minor issue and it was the height of the fall rush for them.) The office staff, whom I called and emailed couple times, was likewise polite, responsive and prompt to see my needs were met. They kindly offered to take a look at my mother's furnace (she lives in an addition to my house) and cleaned it out. I was expecting an addition to the bill for that, but was very pleasantly surprised that no additional fee was added.

Air Pro was not available on the date that we requested an appointment. We called them about 10 days prior to the date we wanted. Had to settle for a date one week later. Appointment time was for a window from 4PM to 6PM. Arrived home for the appointment about 4:07PM, and the workman was just about to depart for a missed appointment. We did not receive a confirmation call or email prior to the appointment, nor did we receive a call before he came to our house. For a long-time customer (approximately 6+years) and working on an annual, twice per year service agreement, I would think that Air Pro should: -Call us to schedule an appointment instead of us having to call -Prioritize long-time clients for scheduling -wait at least 15 minutes before they depart for a missed appointment, especially when they arrive exactly at the start of the service window. These service "windows" are only for the convenience of the service provider, but not for the convenience of the customer. So, most customers do not assume the service provider will arrive at the start of the window. Since we are paying them, why can't we tell them "I'll be home between 5PM and 6PM, and I expect you to be there when I arrive"? -They always do good work, and their prices do not seem out of line. However, we are sort of shopping around for a service provider that is a little more customer oriented.

We used the angie's list coupon this company had offering this service for $79. We were able to get the appointment when we wanted it, and the tech was here on time. He completed the work with more attention to detail than we have had before with other companies. He inspected both the cooler and the heater, gave us the condition of both, and offered suggestions without being pushy, just informative. We appreciated the detailed analysis, and felt this tech did a great job!

He was so nice and very professional. He was not in a rush, and he made sure everything was in order.

Dan From Air Pro arrived five minutes early! First time that's happened to me. He was friendly and professional. He cleaned and tuned up my old furnace and then tested the system. He also provided me with some heating tips I didn't know about. I am very happy with their service. Definitely going to use them again!

They're a local company and I was very pleased with them. The guy was very thorough and very knowledgeable. The unit was very old. We built the house in 1991. It went fine. We have two independent systems. We have the cooling system and the heater which is forced air coming out of the floor. They were very good. I was pleased with them. They're pretty knowledgeable.

Great, but we didn't buy the house. We were trying to determine how to deal with rusty ducts in a slab floor for a two-story house.

From the initial quote all the way to the completion of the work everything was great! The service techs were on time and notified me immediately if there was going to be any delays. Of even greater importance, the 2 service techs who did the install, Mike and Noel, were very trustworthy gentlemen and I felt comfortable with them being in our home while we were at work for the duration of the overhaul. I would not hesitate to recommend Air Pro to anyone needing HVAC work. I would also strongly encourage you to get a quote from Air Pro even if you already have other quotes. Their prices were VERY competative and the quality of the products used and along with their skill was top notch! The primary point of contact who oversaw our project was Josh if you choose to ask for him directly when contacting Air Pro. I will continue using Air Pro for all of our HVAC needs.

Technician (Daniel) was right on time. He was professional and thorough in his appearance and his work, answered questions and explained the problem, options, and recommended solution. A/C now working great. This is our second time using Air-Pro (both with Daniel) for A/C service, with an excellent experience each time.

Air Pro was punctual and got the job down. The fellow they sent out seemed a little sullen and unhappy, but he was thorough, even to the point of checking all my vents after cleaning to make sure that cool air was coming through each one. If you don't expect a bubbly personality, Airpro does the job and does it well.
