I like the guys. They do good work. I never had any winy complaint. Here in New Mexico, I run my air a little late in the season. I start early,and run late. Pushing ten years on the unit, and was giving an warranty. The only thing I had to pay for, its an Carrier system, I replaced the heating and cooling. The only thing I had to pay for, was next day air freight, to get an part in. It was kind of toasty, and he asked how did I want to do it. I said sh.. I am easy man, is it here yet. Browsed Angie's list Monday morning to locate an HVAC repair shop. Selected AirPro based on location and reviews. They offered to have someone on site within an hour but I said it was not an emergency. An appointment was made for later that afternoon. Tech (Dan) called to confirm appointment and arrived 20 minutes early (a good thing). Diagnosed the problem and located the needed part at a local supplier. Because of the furnace's age, Dan suggested doing a CO test before putting resources into the unit. He ran the test and the result was good. The failing part was acquired and replaced quickly and efficiently. Over the next 24 hours, the furnace was back to working normally. I appreciated the skill and knowledge demonstrated in the process, the explanation of the problem, and the suggestions Dan provided along the way. Very professional.

Air-Pro has serviced my heating system for around 20 years, and I have always been pleased with their knowledge, responsiveness, prices, and customer service. Gary York is exceptionally accommodating and pleasant and has personally been to my house many times to troubleshoot problems. He has a team of highly skilled and professional techs who have installed a Rinnai tankless water heater, serviced my boiler, and in general, kept my house comfortable. My recent experience with Air-Pro was over the top. Steve Gauna was the tech, and he went beyond the call of duty and found parts to my pump to keep the price from becoming astronomical. He was able to repair and replace units at a reasonable price while I was out of town! He made my emergency his own. I highly recommend Air-Pro to anyone with heating and cooling needs. They are awesome.

Dan showed up and I described what symptoms the furnace was exhibiting. He opened up the furnace and put a voltmeter on the furnace to see if the motor was drawing excessive power. It was not. The problem was a simple one, which Dan figured out quickly. What truly impressed me about the service I got from Dan and Air Pro, Inc., was how profession the entire organization was. It was easy to schedule the service call, Dan arrived on time, and the problem with my furnace fixed. Dan made sure to wait and see if there were any problems with the furnace turning off when the desired temperature in the house was reach, which there were not, before he left. All in all, this was a great experience and I will make sure I use Air Pro, Inc., for any future heating and cooling problems.

From the call to Lorie to the visit from Dan, everything was A+. Fantastic service from start to finish. Should the need arise, we will definitely call them again.

They were great. They were very good. I have been using a different company and I like them really well but, Air Pro gave me a better deal on converting over to the air conditioner, that is why I had them. I am more likely to use them again.

Air Pro was very professional and took care of me like a valued client. They had to return a few times to completely address the problem as the unit had multiple problems. They even came out to my house at 8:00 at night when the unit completely stopped working. I highly recommend Air Pro for all of your HVAC needs.

My air conditioner stopped working and, due to 100 degree weather, I needed someone to come out on a Sunday morning. Joaquin (sp?) came out first thing and warned me of the cost up front. He worked quickly and efficiently. In addition, I have a very old unit (1987) and he could have easily taken advantage by recommending the unit be replaced or say I needed a ton of parts but all I needed was one part. I know it will need to be replaced at some point but I now have someone I trust to service it and keep it going until that time comes.

I called Air Pro right away the next morning after the a/c failed in the evening. There was a cancellation and so we were able to get an appointment for later that afternoon. Stephen showed up 10 minutes ahead of the window of time that we were given. After a short conversation he went to work checking things out . In a few minutes he came into the house and explained what he had found and what was necessary to get the system working again. He gave me an estimate for the cost that turned out to be accurate. He had to get two parts. In approximately an hour and a half he was done and the system was producing beautiful cool air again. Stephen was very pleasant and professional. We were and continue to be very pleased with this company and are glad to have found them on Angie's list.

I very highly recommend Air Pro to anyone who needs a/c or heating work! Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, responsive and professional. I had two companies (Air Pro and one other) come out and give me estimates for replacing my swamp cooler and for switching to refrigerated air. Both companies were "A" rated on Angie's List and "A+" rated on BBB. Both offered 10% discounts to Angie's List members. Jerod from Air Pro came out and spent over an hour measuring and inspecting our system and discussing the options with me. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. While he was here, he also found a slight gap in our water heater vent that he said could possibly lead to a carbon monoxide leak. He said that it probably wouldn't because the gap was so small, but he wanted to point it out because carbon monoxide is seriously dangerous. He also found a slight leak in the water line to our current swamp cooler. (The t-bar valve wasn't closing all the way.) When I told him that our roof was just replaced 2 1/2 years ago, he suggested that if we went with a new swamp cooler, we should arrange to have our roofers come out at the same time as the installers. That way our roofers could install the flashing and seal everything up so that our roof warrantly would still be valid. I had not even considered this. I was very impressed with Jerod's knowledge and professionalism. The next day the other company came out and spent about 15 minutes total looking at my system and offering me their company's financing plan. There was nothing particularly wrong with the second company. But I was way more impressed with Air Pro. When I got the bids from both companies, Air Pro's bid was higher. But honestly, I did not care. I still gave them an "A" on price, because I felt like they were worth the price. Air Pro gave me a very specific estimate, listing everything they would do, including the water heater vent repair. The vent repair was listed as $230, but if we had them replace the swamp cooler or switch us to refrigerated air, they would do the vent repair for free. The second company gave me a rough verbal estimate for the swamp cooler replacement and a form letter estimate for the refrigerated air conversion. The second company's estimator also said, "Of course, we don't know what we'll find when we get the cooler off, so there might be more costs." Once I signed the estimate and let Air Pro know that we wanted them to replace the swamp cooler with a new one, they were able to have a team at my house in less than a week, even though this is probably their busiest time. Mike and Jon, who came out to do the actual cooler replacement, were also very professional and pleasant to deal with. They were working in 100 degree heat and yet they still had smiles on their faces every time they interacted with me. They kept me updated on the progress throughout the day and worked well with my roofing team, who were able to come out that day as well. Mike and Jon got the new cooler installed and working beautifully. They replaced the part on my water heater vent so there are no gaps. They also replaced the valve on the water line. As it turned out, they found another valve and pipe section around the water heater that needed to be replaced to keep the water pressure where it needed to be. They even had to make a quick trip to the store to get a part they needed. But they took care of it all and did not charge me one penny more than the estimate! The whole job was done by 2:30pm and my house is cool once again! After they were done with everything, I asked Mike for suggestions on getting the air flow stronger in the bedrooms at night. He gave me several suggestions on how to do that. Then he informed me that they are a 24/7 company. If we have any problems we can call at any time and someone will answer! (Also, on a side note...the women who answered the phone, Louise and Lori, were also very friendly and helpful in getting things scheduled.) I cannot imagine that I will ever use any other company than Air Pro for my heating and cooling needs. I was very very impressed! If you have heating and cooling needs...give this company a call!

We needed to replace our air conditioning unit so I called Air Pro Inc. after reading most of the review in Angie's list. Jerod came to our home, answered all our questions without rushing us or pressing us for a sale. He also was very polite and professional. When the office sent me, via email, the proposal I was very impressed with it because it was well itemized, as I had requested, and very detailed. After going over the proposal, my husband and I decided to go with Air Pro to install a new Carrier unit. Prior to installing the new equipment, Jerod let the line-set sit under pressure with nitrogen for one week to make sure the line-set passed the leak/pressure test. After one week both Jerod and his assistant Mike came over, confirmed our existing line-set had no leaks, flushed the line-set and installed the new unit. We still have not tried out the unit because it has been cold, but when we get to use it, in the next month or so, depending on the weather, we feel that if anything is wrong with it this company will come through for us.

All went well. The additional cost for freon was added to the base price of the Angie's list 'deal' to service the HVAC system. Thus, I was not able to comparison shop for the cost of adding freon. I had to believe the technician that it was required. He did show me the meter that indicated the need for freon...as if I could tell from looking at the meter just how much freon was required! And I had to trust that he was giving me a fair price for an amount of freon that was required to fill the air conditioning system to maximum. If the service technician had not seemed reliable, I would not have accepted his recommendation. But he seemed to me to be speaking the truth.

Arrived on time, was polite, answered all questions, assisted us in questions about unusual filter size for our unit. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the service we received. If we ever need any service again, we won't hesitate to call these guys.

Great service. We recently moved into a new house. The home inspector was unable to evaluate the status of the air conditioning system due to the cold temperatures. We contacted Air Pro, Inc. after receiving a very expensive electric bill and my husband voicing his concerns the unit was not functioning properly. Daniel, the Air Pro service technician, arrived on time and performed the requested evaluation and service quickly and efficiently considering he also took the time to talk with my husband about several issues including the correct filters to use and where new filters might be obtained, since we seem to require a size not readily available at hardware stores. As it turned out, the unit is in good working order but, the refrigerant was quite low. Once replenished the change was immediately noticeable and the air conditioner is working much better. We were very pleased with Daniel, specifically, and the overall responsiveness of Air Pro, Inc. So much so that we'll be establishing a maintenance contract with the company in the next few days.

Checking and cleaning was an Angie's list discount for about $80. I made an appointment, which was a week away (summer busy season). The technician showed up exactly on time, and knew the service was purchased through Angie's list. I only had to pay for the coolant at the time of service. He was professional and courteous. He washed the venting on the A/C with my hose, which no other service company had done. The unit was four pounds low on coolant (out of 11). The additional charge for the coolant was about $160 which, comparing with other neighbors who've had similar work done, was very reasonable.
