Description of Work: Replaced rusted swamp cooler ducts that were causing leaks in my ceiling. They were pretty thorough. Kind of pricey, though. Also, the vendor showed up over a half hour late. One of his crew was here 15 minutes early and we all had to wait on the main guy. |I don't understand the A-F ratings above. An explanation would be helpful. This is my first time doing a review. Is "A" the best or worst rating? So I gave them all "C" because I couldn't get out of the review without filling something in.

Description of Work: Cleaned and repaired two air units. After the service I noticed a few days later there was still a air cooling problem. I called back and explained the issue and the repairman came back out and at no additional charge fixed the problem.

Description of Work: Separated the exhaust and intake line to my furnace during a roofing replacement. The ??? relates to an emergency repair of the Freon line after the roofers accidentally punctured a hold in the cooler Freon line. It was late in the day and Steve agreed to make the necessary repair that same afternoon. You do not know how much my wife and I appreciated his effort. Everything went well, thanks to Lawrence and Steve
