They were very good, professional, punctual. I would highly recommend them. They were straight forward on their prices and good at what they do. They are very clean and have true professional and know what they are doing, they took great care when working in our house. The cleaned up afterward.

I called on Friday because my A/C was blowing out hot air. I received an appointment for Monday which was quite pleasing as several others I had called were telling me it would be weeks. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and professional...and quickly found the problem and replaced the part. He even cleaned my furnace filter! I was very pleased and would definitely use again...he did suggest a recheck for the beginning of August which I have not done yet but will as soon as funds permit.

Service was quick, did not take long to install. We were very pleased with their service!

After we received their estimate, we needed to make some changes to the work their were going to do and they stopped responding to us completely. Will not be using them. Initial visit would have received an A, however, the lack of follow up and communication gets the F.

They did an excellent job, and I would use them again in the future.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. I thought they were a little high priced for the service performed. They came out fairly quickly once I contacted them. They were very punctual and professional.

It went well, I did not understand that this service is not for a boiler but I have a furnace so they worked on that. They were here when they said they would be. They did a good job, they were very efficient and polite. I thought he was going to work on the boiler but he said its a different system and he said no, I kind of panicked but I said "Wait a minute, I have a furnace in the studio so that's what he did.

Everhting was done in a timely professional manner. I was please with their work.

Had then install a new ac/heat system for our 4000 sq ft house. initially all was good, they were professional, on time and everything seemed to go well. Then we noticed the problems, the system doesn't blow into two rooms, then we started to have continual problems with the AC in the summer, it was shutting down when it got real hot and the blower went out also. The repairs were expensive despite the warranty. I have tried and tried to get them to address the issues, but to no avail. I Believe they installed a system that is too small for our house but they don't want to take blame for that. I am very disappointed and I just wish they would try to address this situation, but I think I will have to take legal action to get them to do anything about this.

ACS removed the old furnace and evap system and installed new furnace relocated to the attic. System included reworking the return air duct system to reroute to attic location and installing new ductwork iin attic, capping-off the below grade ductwork., and installing a seperate mini-split system in family room. Upgraded the electrical panel to support the 5-ton AC compressor. ACS provided the best value proposal and best equipment along with the best installation option. They were punctual to the job site and responsive to my concerns. Installation of the compressors would have been cleaner had they been located roof-top although they did a fair job to try to make the installation look better. ACS left some job-site debris when the job was done, but certainly not an offensive amount and they were quick to note this discrepancy when I called them out to make system adjustments. He looked at my furnace and told me he got a pressure sensor code. He then said I would have to pay another 88 dollars for a diagnostic test and he left.

The technician was prompt, friendly and professional, and he more than willingly answered a number of questions about my particular setup.

Provider was really nice & helpful, however we thought they would do more than they did, which seemed to only include a quick vacuum of the furnace and lighting it. Nothing appeared to be tested. What they did, we could have done ourselves.

Person was friendly enough and on time. Cleaned burners and checked wiring. I told him about my problem with the fans not turning off and he didn't encounter a problem so he said, "it may happen again!" The furnaces were 25 years old and I usually do the maintenance myself. He didn't have the size filters so I provided one and the other he simply put the dirty one back, saying he "would get me one." He gave me his cellphone # to "remind him". I did several times. No response. I called the office. The gal said she would get the message to him. I discussed buying new furnaces and what a conversion to refrig would take. He told me to call the owner. No followup at all. Checking my list of services I paid for, I noticed that the fans had no hands on maintenance at all such as oil for the bearings and checking belts. So I am out two filters and ACSI is out a possible conversion customer and I still need to call another vendor to solve the fan mystery.

They were alright, the only complaint that I have about that was when I bought the deal. When he came out, he said that they were recommending another service, like a CO2 test, by the time I paid for that the deal was not much of a deal. I think that they could have packaged the deal better. It was an additional $35 for the CO2 test. The service person was good. The quality was good. I probably would not use them again because of the pricing issue.

I bought a early deal for furnace inspection and expected a call for an appointment, never received one and thought I had been forgotten.

I'm not sure I needed this "tune up" it took 10 minutes. The guy they sent didn't really know about my particular system and couldn't answer my questions. My thermostat is wired wrong although that was not the service promised. I now have to call somebody else.
