It was a horrible experience. In a motel for three months greiving the death of my 18-year-old son while my "death virgin" general contractor made verbal promises over the phone then sent e-mails to contradict those statements. And the list goes on and on. It was like dealing with a bunch of children and not nice ones. Greed is a powerful force and even now after the work has been completed and the multiple lien releases have been signed AIC is still trying to build a business case for why they are entitled to more money. Interesting huh? Perhaps others have had better experiences than I had but I wouldn't recommend them nor would I do business with them again.
Description of Work: Do not use. Would not recommend. They don't understand the concept of a lein release. I have four of them all for different amounts as they tried to tack on additional costs for a rebuild after a pipe froze and the ceilings collapsed. Some of the staff was excellent though generally the laborers and the supervisor but not the general contractor or owners of the company. Think vultures and predators.
