Bob Hagen has been my plumber now for about three years and he is the BEST. He is courteous and reasonable, always gets the job done and done well. His employees are excellent and conscientious and I know he is a good employer. I fearlessly recommend him to anyone with the greatest of pleasure.

They're very quick to come out and help that comes day and night, 24 hours. They're really helpful. I think they have very good service. I would use them again in the future.

New bath cabinets were installed, and as a result the two sink locations were changed. The plumber came out the day before the work, and scoped out the task. At this time he gave me an estimate on the job being 4 to 5 hours long. I told him I was able to remove any drywall, as needed, to provide access to the interior plumbing lines in the MBR bath. He said this would be fine. He returned the next day and proceeded to do the work. Note, prior to his arrival on the second day, I did complete the work to remove the drywall in order to provide access to the studs and to the interior copper pipe lines and drains. He did complete the task to reroute the interior wall hot and cold copper plumbing lines (2 ea. cold lines, and 2 ea. hot lines), and the two drain lines. He routed the lines through the interior wall studs to accommodate the new sink locations. Plumber did a great job, and he completed the work in a little less time than his estimate for doing the work. He did a very fine job. His work was done according to code and it had a very professional look which reflected excellent craft and skill.
