They were prompt, efficient and courteous. They called to let me know they were on their way and cleaned up everything when they were done. They were supposed to explain something to me about some monitor after the installation, but they forgot. They did walk through how to do the radon test in another week. they also gave me a senior discount, which was definitely appreciated. Otherwise, their pricing was pretty much in the range with the other estimates I received.

These guys were great to work with. Jeff in scheduling was great the 1 st time and when the 1st radon test came back still above 4 he squeezed me in so I could still meet my closing deadline. The first crew, Nick and Jason did a great job and even helped shovel the walks when they showed up on a snowy morning. The second crew, Brandon and Gabe, were also great and had to come back and seal up some areas along the baseboards in my finished basement because the vacuum was pulling in some environmental air and not just from below the slab. The 2nd trip cost me nothing additional as they stand by their guarantee and warranty to get below 4. I would recommend these guys for their quick response, fair pricing, and the fact they stand behind their guarantee. They got my radon from above 10 down to a 2 and I paid exactly what they quoted me, no additional. Charges anywhere

I was very happy with the quality of service provided by Affordable Radon Services when they installed a sump pump. It was done quickly with a thorough clean up afterwards. The price was also very reasonable.

Very easy to communicate with and followed up.

These guys came very unpreparedly... they did not bring their own ladders or flashlights. I had to provide them for them. They also cut 3 different holes in my ceiling before deciding to go through the foundation, they then charged me extra for them having to cut so much.... but it did not reflect on the receipt...when they were done they did a horrible job patching and left the plaster a massive mess. Would only recommend if you are selling per the buyer request to put in and you do not care how it looks.

Nick walked us through all the steps prior to the installation of our radon mitigation system and checked in often throughout the process. Would highly recommend him!

Jason H was our installer, he was fantastic explained all steps before he started and not only was his work exceptional but when he was done there was no clean up required. He did it all and I would highly recommend him.

Roy is awesome. I'd definitely hire him again. He is very personable, professional and kind. He explained everything to me so I understood every step of the way. He cleaned up the space really well when he was done. We worked together to find an optimal place to do the installation. I barely even remember that it's there now - I dont see it or hear it. Excellent job!
