Great service & quick

I had them come out to install a system as part of a real-estate transaction. It has now been 2 weeks since the system has been installed and i still have not recieved any paperwork from them. I have tried calling atleast a dozen times with no call back. I have had to postpone the closing on my house because of this. I understand we are in diffucult times right now but if everyone else involved in the transaction can get stuff done why cant they atleast return a phone call. I recomend going with a different company. Maybe a company that knows what customer service really is.

This was a stressful time to have people in my home, they were so kind and professional and ,it all went so smoothly. It was a great experience all around.

Did a good job

The lead technician was rude. He did not want to perform the job per the contract and when the alleged owner got involved he threatened to place a lien on my property despite the fact that his employee had not completed the job as specified.

Fantastic service! Nick and Roy arrived on time, even called ahead to make sure we were ready. Got straight to work and made sure they were installing the equipment where I requested. They were both very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for Radon mitigation.

Very knowledgeable experts who review all the possible solutions for your radon mitigation system. Was able to run my vent out along the existing gutter downspout making it barely noticeable.

We just recently purchased our first home and had discovered pretty high levels of radon when doing the home inspection. I did my research and spoke with several other companies before deciding to hire Affordable Radon, and I'm quite pleased with our choice! The radon mitigation system was installed by Brandon, who was very friendly, professional, and more than willing to explain everything to us about what was happening at any point in the process. Our re-test kit came back higher than we'd like (still a huge improvement from before the system was installed though), so Brandon was back out today to honor to guarantee Affordable Radon has by moving to the next phase in the mitigation process. I have been nothing but satisfied with the company, and specifically Brandon's work. We have had alot on our plates with home renovations and it is such a relief to know that we can rely on a local company to stand by their word. Looking forward to seeing our results after the next re-test, and though I hope not to have to call Brandon back out for further mitigation, I sure am happy to know that these guys are more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure my home is safe.

Overall experience was very professional. The staff member who handled scheduling and quotation was almost immediately responsive and made the process very simple. The crew who physically handled installation was also very responsive via cell phone, arrived on time and explained all aspects of the work involved.

The crew showed up right on time and explained what they needed to do. I'm some contractors nightmare as I like to watch the work being performed. They were very polite and said they were happy to have me watch and would answer any questions I had as they performed the work. The electrical work to supply the fan was done very professionally and the penetration points were very clean in appearance and function when they were done. It was clear they fully understood code requirements explaining to me why things were placed the way they were and where the "outlet" needed to placed to meet code. They did a great job cleaning up the work mess, leaving the site in a better state than it was when they began their work. Would recommend them to anyone needing Radon mitigation.
