arrived on time. worked very professional manner and cleaned well.

That went fine. The technician who came in here got a whole lot done in the 4 or 8 hours or something like that, that we had.

I got 4 recessed lights with a dimmer switch installed in the kitchen. The workers were professional, came on time, brought plastic to cover the surfaces to prevent a mess. Everything was installed in a timely manner. I wanted to get LED light bulbs, but when they put them in-- there was an obvious annoying buzzing sound. I was told "oh well, it is pretty common to have that and nothing we could do", so i went back to have regular light bulbs. I was pleased with the job done at the time. Then next week after installation I noticed that when you turn on the light switch-- lights don't turn on and you have to turn it on and off until finally you get lights on. Obviously, something is wrong. I called them and never got a call back. I wrote a message on Angie's list and never got and answer. I still have the same problem which is not taken care of. Apparently, this company does not stand behind the quality of their job and I would not recommend them. Also, they took my own old light switch as well, even though I paid for the new one.

There were not any troubles with scheduling and no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. The job was very difficult and they did a good job. They spent most of the day completing the work. They were polite, nice, and did everything they said they would. They cleaned up their mess before they left. It was a wonderful experience!

Very well. The electrician was very nice and very thorough. He did not have the light bulbs I wanted and was missing a few parts. He left and returned about and hour + later. Lights look great. Something I have wanted done for a long time. The only negative is that it really took a long time (4+ hours for 3 lights. Electricity already in place.). The electrician said these kinds of jobs can sometimes take a long time, although I think it could have been done quicker. I plan to use them again for several electrical projects I have, including a very large project. I have used many companies in town for my commercial business and so far, so good.

Eli performed the work. He was prompt, pleasant and very easy to work with. When I decided I needed an additional light, he went and purchased it with no complaints, and work was still completed in a timely manner.

Nothing was ever done. He came out to give us an estimate to do what the coupon was for and he couldn’t do it because of our ceiling. He was going to send us some other ideas but he never did and I never followed up. I'll be getting a refund from Angie's List.

Provider was thorough and helpful, completed the inspection promptly and provided some advice on how to proceed with future tasks

A week after the service call, one of the outlets was not working again. I contacted the company via Angie's list but never received a response. I would not use them again due to being totally ignored.

I called Add On Electric and set up an appointment on 11 Jun at 8:30am. At 10 am I called them and said I had to leave for a lunch date, which I informed them about in the original call. They said they would check their schedule and call me back with a reschedule. On 13 Jun, approximately 10 am, I called them to find out what the delay was.. He said he was on the road and would call me as soon as he stopped to set up a date. It is now 16 Jun at 11 am and I have not heard from anyone. I am going to call another electrician and will never call them again.

They were good. They showed up right when they said they would. They were real friendly and did whatever I asked.

Very professional, worked fast, installed everything perfectly w/no mess, polite, informative as to what our outside outlet issues were, and fixed the problems with a flick of a switch. Answered all our questions. All works great. Would hire again.

They came and fixed everything and left. No muss no fuss.

I had two issues that were not addressed. A ceiling fan with lights, The fan works, the lights stopped working. Bought new bulbs and they did not light up. Took the out and did not replace with the old bulbs. Two comments made the lights are not working because there are no bulbs and the fan is the cause of the lights not working, Ceiling fan installed in 2002 and the lights and fan had been working since then, The light switch was not checked... Light in short hallway had flickered,, not checked either. I guess that my conception of an inspection is incorrect and any issues that need to be looked at are not important even when the person who requested the inspection told the inspecting person about the issues. I do know that my smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are working.

The work passed inspection. The problem: This company is not in good standing with the Secretary of State. They only started business according to the state corporate records in 2013, and are reported to be "Not in Good Standing." So let's hope there is no problem with the work because they may not be around when we need them.

They came around fall of last year and they did a great job. They did a good job, they were on time, and knew what they were doing. They were very professional.

It could not have gone better. I will recommend and use again.

My home inspection prior to purchase revealed that the electrical service panel needed to be changed. This work was done after I bought my home. I had them upgrade the original 1955 electrical panel and service to the house. Mr. Carrasco was very knowledgeable and thorough when giving me details and an estimate for the work to be done. The price offered was very competitive compared to estimates I received from other places when the house inspection had gone on. The original panel was removed and the new panel was set up to Albuquerque code. Him and his office coordinated planning with PNM for a smooth operation. The workers were swift and polite. It took most of the day, but that was explained to me beforehand since the job was labor intensive. The workers carefully went back and tested all of the outlets, and labeled the new service box. They even made suggestions on how to improve the lighting in my kitchen using my existing fixtures. The only part that was a slight negative, but a knit picky one at that, is that after the work was done, an Albuquerque city inspector had to come by to give it a final approval after the work was done, but it was almost two weeks and I had not heard a word from anyone. I had to called Add On to remind them it was still pending. The power was on and working great the whole time, but I always get worried about some negative thing happening because an official forgot to stamp something. But once I brought it to their attention it was fixed promptly. I would definitely recommend and use them myself again!

It was good. They seem like they knew what they were doing. It was quick and pretty straightforward. It was just as they said as far as how it turned out.

We were very pleased.

Two men came to my home after the owner had come to see what the job entailed. Two problems arose - the lights were not installed in a straight line (although I did tell them not to redo it because I didn't want to have to repair and repaint the ceiling - but they pointed it out first) and one of the men, when he was in my attic space, evidently tripped on the wire from my satellite dish to my living room because I had no TV after they left and the repair person had to replace a node on the dish and the inside box was shorted out. BUT - the electricians rewired the switch so that a lamp I use all the time across the room was on a switch at the spot where the dimmer switch was put. They also permanently wired the receptacle for the TV and entertainment center so that it didn't require a switch, and the put cover plates on an outlet that was not being used. But these were nice guys, everything was fixed within a day and they did offer to redo the lights. I just didn't care enough to have them do it!

Service call was quickly scheduled. Eli was prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. He did all work requested and found additional problems which he fixed in the same service call for no additional fee. Would definitely use Add On Electric again.

Everything west as planned. They had two electricians for the job. They arrived right on time with the owner Jesus Carrasco. Mr. Carrasco was the one that gave me the estimate. I actually bought one of the "Angie's List" deals to install 4 recessed lights. I need more done so he gave me a separate estimate for the additional work. The estimate he gave me was fair. They started at 9:00 and finished before 2:00. They had to run new electrical for the pendant lights. They installed 6 recessed LED lights. What a difference these lights make. The kitchen not only looks more modern, they provide better light. They were about as clean as you can be with having to cut out drywall holes for the lighting. They put plastic over the counters and floors but there was still some drywall dust around. Overall, we are very pleased with Add On Electric and will use them again in the future.

Unfortunately I was not home during visit. My husband was there. I had previously cut a hole in the wall approximately 5 feet from the indoor outlet in which to pull the electric cord outside to the gazebo. I had intended for the electrician to replace the hole with an outlet. Instead he took the easy way out and bore another hole near the indoor outlet. This allowed him to just string the wiring through in very little time. He put a large cover over the outlet that sits about 4" out from the wall. Now I have a hole and a very large outlet. Not too pleased with the results. On the up side, the outlet does have electricity and he did not try to charge any more money.

Punctual, professional, friendly. Old kitchen with old outlets and switches. Preparing for new kitchen cabinets, so a few outlets had to be moved and a couple new outlets added. Disposal and dishwasher outlet updated. All outlets and switches were replaced with new fixtures. Replace three light fixtures. Brought the kitchen up to code. Very much appreciated!
