Add On Electric

I paid Add On Electric $198 for four hours of electrical work, and they stole my money. Add On Electric did not contact me to schedule the work after I purchased the coupon. On March 7 I called Jesus, the owner, and he asked me to send him a text with the information about the job. I texted him, saying that I had some electrical outlets that weren't working and that I had prepaid for four hours of work by buying a coupon. He did not respond to my text, so on March 11` I sent a follow up text, requesting that he call me to set up an appointment for the work. Jesus did not respond to this text. I called Jesus again on March 27, using my land line instead of my cell phone. He answered and made an appointment to work on my place Friday, March 31. I did not mention my previous communications with him or the coupon. On Thursday March 30, Jesus called to reschedule. We arranged for him to do the work on Tuesday, April 4. Jesus did not show up on April 4, nor did he call to cancel or reschedule. I called him three times after he blew off the job on April 4, but he would not answer my calls. I left a message each time I called, asking him to please come and do the work that he has already been paid to perform. He did not respond to any of these messages. It is now April 12, and I haven't heard anything from him since March 30. So Jesus took my $198 and now refuses to answer the phone when I call and refuses to return those calls. He's laughing all the way to the bank with the money he stole from me.

It went great. Jesus from AOE was responsive to my calls and let me know up front that it would take time to get the permits and for PNM to come out. I like to hear an estimation of time even if it will take months. Once Jesus set my expectations to reality, it was just a waiting game. But, once they were ready to go, it was a one day deal and they did a great job. The price I paid for on the Angie's List deal is all I paid, and you can almost never say that about companies these days. I'm completely satisfied.

This company *never* contacted me. During the initial purchase, I was asked to propose three dates when the work could be done. After the first date passed, I sent an email and did not get a response. After the second date passed, I called the company several times. The first time I was told they would call right back but never did. The second time I left a detailed message asking when the work could be arranged. After a week with no response, I asked Angie's List for a refund.

I finally contacted Angie's List and told them I could not get the provider to work for me. Nicely enough they refunded my "deal."

Bought the deal through Angie's list and it took from April to July to get it done. Took several calls to get the deal processed. But then they called an it was done promptly. They said it was because they had to schedule with PNM. The work was excellent except for them breaking my trim on my attic access, and did not say anything or fix it. They also had put a few holes in my stucco and left them. It would of been nice if they at least acknowledged the damage that they had done. I was having drywallers come out a week later so I did not mind the repair of the drywall. They were efficient once the job was done. No problem with inspections. Everything works great.

Perfectly. Jesus provided an estimate and the job was scheduled for the following week. The technicians assigned were both awesome in every way--great communication skills, friendly, and professional. They finished the job at a significantly lower cost that estimated because of a suitable suggestion for a better placement. Highly recommended.

Jesus came over the day after I emailed him, installed the new outlet very quickly and gave me an estimate to install another 20 amp dedicated circuit in another room, all at no charge. He is fast, professional, and does excellent work. I highly recommend him!

It was very good. Very prompt, good with what I needed them to do, they did a really good job.

Everything went perfect with the home inspection. Inspector was on time and did a very detailed inspection and paid special attention to any issues the home inspector had highlighted. Wrote a very detailed report to assure the buyers knew any potential issues. Price was right on what I thought it should be.

Everything went great. They solved an issue I did not think could be resolved. Definitely would work with them again in the future.

They came out twice. I wouldn't use them again as it should be a one time job and they had to come in and check twice. I gave them a B for professionalism as I thought they should have taken care of the service on the first visit. I did not agree with their opinion as far as the work that was needed. The owner came back as he was not sure on the first estimation and then he confirmed that it was the same as his technician had said.

Add On Electric was wonderful! They responded immediately to my request and were flexible interfacing with the main contractor, which meant coming out 3 times. The electrician worked fast, was clean & very nice and very creative in solving issues which were caused by the added depth of the granite to the walls.

What a pleasant experience. Manuel was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I was totally surprised when he put booties over his boots so he didn't track mud into my house. He placed a drop cloth over his work area even. After removing the old lights, he installed newer, larger LED lights. A very professional installation. Having a 45 year old house there are always electrical problems. Thank goodness I have found my new electrician. Definitely will call them again.

They were very responsive, courteous and efficient. I purchased the special and they gladly honored it. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Electrician arrived on time, was professional and polite and replaced my ceiling fan in a timely manner. Would hire again.

The provider was promptly responsive to my initial request and worked very cooperative with scheduling. The day of the actual service, provider called about 15 minutes ahead to let me know worker was on his way. Worker was fast, efficient and very personable.

It was good. He asked if I wanted to upgrade for a different bulb which was nice. Their price was fair. They forgot to schedule me in but they were able to come in couple of hours of me calling them. He was honest about that. The electrician was good and came again when I hired them for another job.

Mostly went as expected, but we did have some communication difficulty. I was billed for things I didn't expect, and though the explanation made sense, I would have liked a heads-up. Be very clear ahead of time what things will cost.
