+ -1 moreWe've had a total of seven pieces of furniture reupholstered at Ace now, and all the work has been excellent. In April, I had a vintage sewing stool with storage done. The screw holding chain that kept the lid from falling back had stripped out of the wood, and I assumed I'd have to fix that after the piece was finished.When I picked up the piece a week later, that was fixed as well. Considering the hinges and other hardware they had to work around, I thought the price was very reasonabe. My stool looks better than it did when it was new (52 years ago)! They have a huge collection of beautiful material to choose from, but are always willing to help us narrow our choices.

+ -1 moreSelected the leather look vinyl from a large array of choices and they installed, changing the padding of the seat for better positioning. Took about a week. Work is excellent.
Description of Work: Reupholstered a a new chair, purchased for a tall counter, but with upholstery that that did not coordinate.

Description of Work: Ace re-upholstered my sleeper sofa. They replaced the decking material that covered the springs that were coming through because of a crummy job done about 12 years before. The foam in the cushions was replaced. The sofa looks and sits like it is brand new. Ace will be the one I go to from now on. If Orlando doesn't return your phone call, call again. That is my only complaint, sometimes he doesn't get the messages. They finished the job early and picked my sofa up exactly when they said they would and brought it back exactly when they said they would be here.
