Update to review: It's been a little over 2 months since my new windows were installed. In spite of colder temperatures compared to last year, my utility usage has gone down considerably. My house is so much more comfortable and quiet. I'm absolutely THRILLED with my new windows and sliding glass door (with dog door cut in!)!! My only regret is not hiring them to begin with.

Windows were made to order to fit the exact opening of our previous windows. We previously had casement windows that were rotting on the bottom and we had new single hung windows put in as replacements. It took two days for the installation and everything went smoothly. The guys cleaned up their mess when they left the first day and then again when the job was completed on the second day. The new windows are great. There is no cold air coming in around the edges at all. There was no damage to the plaster inside the house or the stucco on the exterior. The windows have now been in about 5 months and we really do like them.

As with all old houses nothing is easy. However, these guys made it seem easy. They ripped out the old inefficient aluminum windows and installed two new energy efficient windows. They even matched the stucco so you can't tell the window was replaced. They were fast and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and completed the job on time. I thought it was a little pricey for just 2 windows but, the work was well worth it. The date and price are approximate, but close, since it was so long ago.

Shelley came out to measure our windows. Gave us a quote which we decided to go with. The windows were ordered and a date setup for the installation. The installers showed up right on time and had everything installed by 2:00 that afternoon. We love our new windows! I can already tell that they were a wise purchase. I have no more draft or dust coming in through the windows. Accent Southwest Windows and Doors where the nicest people to deal with. Price was a little high but we feel the quality of the window was well worth it.

Was informed of installation date. Two men arrived (15 minutes early), started job immediately. Worked constantly (sometimes together, sometimes independently), no lunch break. Answered my few questions courteously, demonstrated the products following installation, cleaned up all work area and left at 4:30 pm. It could not have been done any better and the people involved in the entire process were absolutely great!!

Estimator and scheduler were courteous, informative & friendly. Installers were on time, professional, cleaned up work areas, explained how everything worked. Expensive, but worth the extra cost.

The entire experience was wonderful. Melissa was extremely helpful in getting the right combination of windows and sliding glass doors for our patio. The installation guys were professional, detail-oriented and worked quickly and accurately. We couldn't be happier with the result.

It was a great experience. First we went to show room to check how it will look. We checked windows, sliding doors and glass options. Then we made our choice , service was great, we are happy with the quality and service.

The Salesman was very Professional and knew all the answers to our questions. They arrived on time for the install and cleaned up after themselves. Both doors look and operate great. The price was very reasonable as the quality of the product was everything that we were told by the sales person. In addition, the warranty was better than the competitors , and my wife and I were impressed with the setup of the Showroom. Great product for the Cost.

Melesa, the sales person, was wonderful to work with. She understood what I needed, was not pushy, and was well-informed about her products and proud to be a part of that company. She gave me all the information that I needed in order to make a final decision on the purchase. The two installers were on time, cleaned up after themselves, were very professional and did a great job installing the windows, as well as helping re-hang the vertical blind rods after the windows were installed. I love the new windows so much already! I had previously replaced the original windows with inferior quality ones, and experienced working with a company that refused to listen to my concerns about leakage (water, and cold air). The lifetime warranty on the Accent windows was an important aspect of my purchase.

It was such a positive experience since i am new home owner. Dan from Accents made it easy from the beginning. He drove all the way to Gallup to explain everything to me in detail. Soon after someone came to take exact measurements and a couple of weeks later a team of 2 very efficient and professional people finished the job in a day even thru rain. The windows are fantastic and it has changed my quality of life in my house for good.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The appointment was promptly scheduled and the representative (Dan Clark) was on time and very professional. We were pleased with the way Dan presented our options and made recommendations for the job, based upon the circumstances. We felt that the price we paid was fair for the high quality door which we purchased. The installers were also very professional, courteous and showed up timely for the installation appointment. They did an excellent job with the installation and kept the work area clean during the entire process. We couldn't be more pleased with the result: the door looks amazing and works perfectly. We would not hesitate to recommend using Accent Southwest Window and Doors to handle door and window replacements. We will definitely use them again in the future.

It all went very well. The only problem that one of the doors did not come with casing. We were told it will come someday in the next week or so - but no date so far. I was able to withhold some of the money owed for the doors while we wait for the casing.

Yep, I know this sounds strange - Accent Southwest Windows and Doors installing a bathtub and surround. But, the company has recently become associated with the Luxury Bath line. I had dropped by their store to order some entry doors for a rental property (Accent SW has done several window/door installations for us) and came upon a training session for their new bath product line. Accent SW has always done a great job for us in the window/door department and I thought that they would probably carry that professionalism over to whatever they chose to do. And I was right! I think that we have had one of the first installations that they have done in this new business area and the job was perfect! The crew was on time, the bathtub and surround look great, and they cleaned everything up. I don't know if they will be changing their name to reflect their new business - but in the meantime, I have added their name to the bathroom remodel category. Give them a try!

Service was on time and very professional. The installers were personable and experienced. The installation went well with everything left as clean and tidy as it had been. We are very happy with the product and service. Our home was much warmer last winter due to the new doors, and cooler this spring and summer due to the increased ventilation. We are very happy with the product and service we received.

Two bids obtained. Competitor bid from Dreamstyle was exactly twice as much money. Southwest did a stellar job of installing and clean up. Kept us informed from ordering, arrival, and clean up.

Very good service from Greg (Sales) to installers. Had to slightly widen the patio doorway and did a great job.

It was good. I'm happy with the windows we got. I wasn't there when they installed the windows because I live in a different town than where the house is located. They had good customer service. As far as I know, they were punctual.

Measured the door dimension prior to ordering and informed us of the installation date, the installer knew exactly the correct installation procedure and executed the installation perfectly. The door operates very efficiently and without any problem.

So sorry, I don't remember the man's name who I originally dealt with... Basically, I walked into SW windows, told them, I want to look at the windows. He explained the three types they recommend, how they do the installation and guarantee 100% satisfaction. Because their doors were so secure and I was going to have to do that very soon anyway, I ended up spending twice what I had wanted to. The man I originally dealt with went out to the house as he had scheduled, took the measurements, etc... We made an appointment for me to go into their shop to take a look at what he came up with. I ended up going with windows and doors. We talked about how to save a little more money, as I am always very price consciencious. We were able to adjust the plan so that I was happy with it. We scheduled a time for a second person to go out and measure the windows, just to be on the safe side. You know, measure twice, cut once... We made an installation date which ended up being about 4 weeks out. The installation went quickly. The installers were very polite, they cleaned up after themselves, removed the items I wanted them to and left what I wanted left there. Two men came to inspect the work done. and that was actually the first time I had been in the house after the install. WOW! I can't believe how quiet the house was. I mean, I guess we don't notice all the noise that we hear from outside, but WOW! I sure heard a big difference. The inspector told me, that's one great thing about replacing your windows with ours, there is a big difference. But I guess people don't realize how much of a difference there is until you hear it...or ...don't hear it, yourself. The trim on one window was slightly off. It was so slight I wasn't sure they would see it, and I was dreading the way male contractors, or those type, sometimes talk to women, like we are too picky or we don't know what we are talking about. The inspector DID see the slight skew and agreed that it will be fixed. We tested the window and even though it appeared to be a little off from the trim, it didn't effect the window operation...but I know me. If it didn't get fix, I would notice it forever...every time I saw that room. I wouldn't see anything else in that room except for that slight skew on the window... They did adjust the trim, just like he said, when he said he would. All the windows were perfect! Not to mention the doors! they opened and closed, and locked PERFECTLY as did the deadbolt. One of the doors we replaced was the French doors to our back yard. I initially had some reservations about putting in a sliding door. I had heard bad things about them being easy to break into. Believe me, the way the sliding door was made, there's no way it would easily be broken into. It sits very tight on the track so it can't be lifted off, and slipped out. A man came back a couple weeks later to touch up the small bit of stucco around my front door, which of course, they had to remove some stucco. I didn't find the stucco to be a perfect match, but, just like that window, it could be that I was just focusing on a thing that wouldn't matter. And, of course, as the stucco has aged and cured, the color more closely resembles the original stucco. I would recommend this company for your doors and windows, hands down.

They were punctual, excellent, and knowledgeable sales people. Great craftsmanship, the guys that came and did the windows were prompt and clean and they were great too. The two gentlemen that came were with him for 13 years. They cleaned up and I was worried about the glass and things like that but they did a great job. The price was ok and what they offered and what we got was great. Southwest have the best warranty anything that they have than any window place out there. If we decided to sell the house the warranty goes to the next person who owns the house, is transferable. If I have any problems they come out and either repair it, replace it or show me what I am doing wrong. The sales person was knowledgeable, and she came and checked the work as they were doing it.
