Two men came on time to perform the service. They were efficient, neat and very professional. They were pleasant when spoken to. They did a great job & we love our new door. They cleaned up everything afterwards.

Everything was done on time and as expected-installation was last, efficient & on time-windows look great.

I worked with Dan for over two years before finally having the money for the windows and restuccoing that desperately needed to be done after 33 years. The installers were great to work with and very professional. They showed up in a timely manner and cleaned up everything. My windows being so old were not easy to remove. I had a problem with a few windows in locking them and they adjusted them making sure to let me know to call back anytime if I experienced any problems. The stucco company came by to check the sealing of the windows before starting the restucco and gave the windows a thumbs up.

It went very well. The sales person was very helpful & throughout. The installer arrived on time, seemed very knowledgeable & efficient, worked well with my alarm company to install the service at the right time in the installation of the door. The door handle was the wrong color, but they came & replaced at when the new part came in ? all very quickly simple, & polite. I consider accent southwest for future projects.

Installers did a very good job. Cleaned up after themselves windows have made a huge difference less dust and air going through and into the house. We have noticed the air conditioner comes on less. Price was less than half of renewal by Anderson. 25% less than Champion Windows. Very satisfied.

Was informed of installation date. Two men arrived (15 minutes early), started job immediately. Worked constantly (sometimes together, sometimes independently), no lunch break. Answered my few questions courteously, demonstrated the products following installation, cleaned up all work area and left at 4:30 pm. It could not have been done any better and the people involved in the entire process were absolutely great!!

Dan was a very courteous salesman. Zero pressure! He even came by a second time at my request to go over everything with my wife since she wasn't available on his first visit. The installers were punctual, friendly, and efficient. They did a great job and the door looks great. It is amazing the difference it made for our home. Everything went well from the estimate to the follow up call after the services were performed. We had a couple of very minor issues with the windows after installation and Accent Southwest Windows was quick to respond and to send someone out to fix the issues. Very pleased and absolutely love the windows! Will use this company again!

It went very good! The salesman showed up and gave us all the details we needed and pricing to make the decision on who to go with and explained their warranty vs the other companies out there. The installers came on time and were very polite and got the job done within 2 hours. The product is excellent and keeps the cold out during the winters and the heat out during the summer which significantly lowered by heating and cooling bill so far that i've noticed! Both windows we had replaced measured 70"x70"

The salesperson, the folks who came to measure for the order, and the installers were all punctual and helpful. The salesperson was informative, gave me a quote, explained how things would go, and told me how long I had to decide at the price he offered (several days, not right then as with some other companies). The price was about 60% of that offered by two well-known companies who advertise a lot in this area. The folks who came to measure pointed out that the interior trim I had on one door was wider than standard. I removed the existing trim myself and painted the area before the new door was installed so that the wall would be the right color. The door installations went smoothly and cleanup was thorough. The new doors function quite nicely and I'm pleased with the product and the work. I did a little bit of painting and caulking around the exterior of one door, where some molding was removed. I would like to have two more doors installed and plan to use Accent Southwest again. If I'd been watching when they did it, I would have had them move the doorbell wire to a different location.

I chose Accent Southwest to install my replacement windows after getting bids from several large and small windows installation companies in ABQ. Reasons: best quality windows - my salesperson, Dan Clark, came to the house, explained window technology for strength, energy efficiency, and quality, and also explained the very strong warranty/guarantee. The important part of this is that it was very detailed and understandable, and then he presented me the information in written comparison to other competitors' products. Other companies either simply sent me the spec sheets to look through on my own (how do I know what the technical formulas mean? you end up just glossing over a lot of it); other companies simply assured me their windows were the best on the market, but didn't offer much more. When i asked for specs, i could then compare to what Dan's company would provide. Service: Dan was everything you want a salesperson to be: knowledgeable, low-pressure, informational, friendly, and followed through asap on all promises of info and contact. Then, the two fellows who came to install were just the same: friendly, quick, expert installers who did the work right, did it in good time, cleaned up after themselves, and even did some extra stucco patching that they hadn't expected to need to do. Price and guarantee are very strong. Dan made a deal, and then called back to offer me an even better one- he went the extra mile with his boss to persuade me, and I like that! Also-- great financing option! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Installation team was great! Follow-up. Inspection was thorough, were still missing a number of screw-hole covers.

Both workman were excellent. They really knew that they were doing and made sure the job was done right. Dog door ended u too big-our fault, not their, for not checking the spies properly. The Owner of the company worked with us and bent over backwards. To get us a replacement door in the size we wanted. The smaller replacement door looks great-not like a patchwork job.

Final product is beautiful. Installer did a great job, very detailed work. However I felt he did not appreciated me checking in on progress but old get used to it.

Dan, my initial contact, gave me all the details on what he could offer, and the company followed up with an email giving websites to go into more detail on their particular windows, and how to vet and shop for window companies in general. After educating myself, they answered more questions. There was no pressure, just information. When the day of installation came, 2 competent, professional, and knowledgeable young men came (on time) and installed all the windows that day.

He was punctual, professional, fast, and not disruptive.

The product has been great - reduced heating and cooling bills - enhanced home value in appraisal - installation was timely and very professionally completed. UPDATE 3/7/106 I have not needed any service until now, ten years after the purchase and installation! One large horizontal window was not closing properly. I called and the next day a representative came to inspect the window, found the issue and scheduled a repair for the following day. Also, all windows were checked and found to benefit from some tune up. The serviceman arrived the next day on time, was extremely competent and professional, the one repair was completed and all windows and screens were checked, two screens were replaced. The warranty covered the repair and tune up (explained how I can do it myself twice a year and a good dry silicone spray to use). I was blown away by the courtesy, promptness, professionalism, and true customer service provided. I am likely to have them replace my front door in the near future.

The window install was completed during the first 1 and a half days of the project. The installers arrived on time and were skilled and their trade as well as courteous. Clean up and instructions on window care went well. The security screens were installed during the next 1 and a half days of the projects. The install went well and the same installation crew that installed the windows installed the security screens. The security screens are much pricier than most windows, but the build quality and warranty on the screens is superior to competing products that I investigated and do not create and institutional look like window bars do. Additional parts needed to be ordered to complete some minor details on some of the security screens, but that was taken care within two weeks after the initial install. This is a good company to work with. The windows advertise a superior warranty compared to other window companies, but I guess I will find out if this holds up as being true in the event I need to have warranty work performed on the windows in the future. My overall all search of the window company used by Accent Southwest (Provia) did not turn up negative reviews in regards to overall product quality or warranty issues so that would appear to be a positive sign of the integrity of the manufacturer.

Shelly's responsiveness throughout the door selection, purchasing, and installation process was amazing. She didn't pressure us to purchase a door, but she was readily available to meet us and show us the door features. We found the price of the door to be very reasonable in relationship to its quality. In addition, our house is a hundred times warmer with the new door! The installer was very professional--and showed up early! Overall, we had a great experience with everyone we met from Accent Southwest.

Fantastic. Shelley, the salesperson, arrived on time a great amount of ideas and then measures and estimates cost. the install dept was great and stayed with contract. The installers were very professional. Installed perfectly.
