A 50% down-payment was made on 4/29/17 and the job was completed 6/14/17. The installation work was of high quality, and the shower enclosure and shower pan look great and are easy to clean It represents a tremendous improvement over our old shower for a very good price. I regretfully rate this company overall as D, as the salesman misrepresented a key aspect of their product. We were told at the lengthy video-sales presentation that the new acrylic shower pan was a non-slip product. It turned out (unlike our old shower pan) to be very slippery and very dangerous. I asked the installer if it could be resurfaced to correct this problem but he indicated that could not be done due to the acrylic material used. We subsequently bought several rubber mats for the shower, but none have worked well as they don't stay in place over the slippery pan. We are now considering replacing the shower pan at substantial additional cost.

Excellent job. Our estimator was quite knowledgeable and answered all our questions completely. The job went step by step, right by the plan. On the day of install the guys showed up, looked at everything and quickly installed all the windows. They demonstrated the operation of the windows and explained everything clearly. I was very happy with their professionalism as nothing is ever easy in my house. They encountered some problems with removal of the old windows but quickly worked that out. All in all, an excellent job, well executed.

Unfortunately, some finish work needed to be done, and we did not hear back from the installer until we initiated communication for the completion of the job. There was clearly some miscommunication within their organization. They did make sure the job was completed to both of our expectations, and I am very satisfied with the result.

I chose Accent SW, despite the fact that they were my highest estimate, due to the fact that the door came completely finished (no painting or other finishing on my part) and because my research told me that their product was much higher quality than the other doors I had been considering. I was not disappointed! The work was done efficiently and professionally, the door looks wonderful, and I am completely satisfied with the results. It fits beautifully, works perfectly and is very secure.

The order process was thorough and professional with all on-site measurements checked and re-checked. Installation was scheduled well in advance while the door was manufactured. Installation personnel were on time, very polite and competent, and the installation went perfectly. There was no mess at all when they left. Very satisfied with the door and company.

Aspects of the installation were challenging, and I was impressed by the added attention to detail that both members of the crew delivered to accomplish a high quality result. I could not be more satisfied. One window was damaged in shipment. They arrived with the damaged glass already replaced with temporary glass to complete the installation on time. The replacement glass has been ordered and is on the way. The entire interaction from initial meeting, showroom interactions, ordering, in home measurement, through installation has been exceptionally pleasant. My order was highly customized, and the end product, which included several windows with inspiration glass, exceeded my expectations. I will be reaching out to Accent Southwest again should I need additional windows or doors replaced. I highly recommend.

First of all, the windows arrived earlier that expected from the factory. You rarely hear this. On the scheduled day of installation, the install team arrived early in the morning and started work with right away. While I was at work my wife was sending me updates on the progress and I had expected that it would take them all day to finish. However, they were nearly done by lunch! They were fast, neat and clean! We had one specialty window that is round on the top and I had also expected that once they were done it would need a little patching to be done on the stucco. Other companies told me the same thing when they quoted windows for me. They did such a great job of cutting out the old window that the stucco was untouched. Just a little touch up paint and it looks beautiful. All of the window installation work was done perfectly the FIRST time and being a builder myself, I'm very impressed! Oh, and windows... I bought the Provia line which is made by the Amish company in Ohio. I'm so glad we went with these. The sliding glass door was the biggest difference. On some other brands you could grab hold of the handle and actually twist the whole door frame. Not the Provia door though. They have a steel "C" channel frame inside of the vinyl that makes it solid as a rock. Top quality all the way! Were already noticing the energy efficiency on the west facing door and windows. I would certainly recommend Accent SW and Provia Windows to anyone I know. Tim

excellent! The estimation was quick and professional. Permitting was done with Los Alamos county.The installation was on time, completed quickly, and done professionally. There was a question regarding the quality of some window frames and they resolved it in 10 minutes with the shop in Albuquerque by sending photos to the boss who deciding to order new frames. The new frames arrived in a timely manner and were replaced by a crew with out discussion of cost or any push back.

We had four window companies come give us quotes. But Accent Southwest not only had the best price but the best ratings on their casement and Awning windows. I liked working with Dan their representative. He took us through the process with patience and much needed knowledge. For the most part all went well. The initial measurements were off and more work needed to be done to retro fit the windows. The team that came in to install the windows were very professional and answered all our questions. Everyone at Accent Southwest were very responsive and addressed the few concerns that we had. We were always treated with respect and friendliness. The windows are beautiful and we are enjoying them.

They were on time, very professional and helped me out a little with extra stuff. I felt they were very efficient and they also had to drive quite a ways to get my house (at least 2 hours one way). I was very happy with their work, and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them to others.

Super! The installers were prompt, friendly and cleaned up every speck when they finished. The sales rep was knowledgeable and explained all options thoroughly. There were no surprises as the project progressed.

I purposely waited for four months to write a review because I wanted to be sure that the install and product was high quality. I was so so happy with the results. In a previous home I owned, I had Dream Style of ABQ replace my shower surrounds (because of a good deal). The job was beautiful, at first. Four months later the caulking began to peel away and after they repaired it once, the peeling continued. You will be more than happy if you purchase Accents products. I have used them in the last three homes I used to own in Denver and New Mexico and I have never been happier. I trusted the installers and felt comfortable leaving them in my house with my family members and my property, to go to the store, without any regrets.

Excellent. We also had them cover the exterior frames of 2 roll up garage doors. No more scrapping and painting of them for me.

We were greeted right away when we entered their location and it was nice to see the different materials they offer and selections without the guess work. Dan sat down with us and assisted us in designing the door. We were able to select a style, glass type and even the color. Dan is very friendly and attentive. The door was ready in 1-2 weeks and when we had it installed, the gentlemen were early, friendly and took care of any concerns or questions we had. This was not our first time using Accent Southwest Windows & Doors, we have also had windows installed on a previous home; which is why we used them for our new home. We our satisfied customers and would see them again if needed.

They were three thousand dollars more, than I ended up paying. The sales guy was responsive, and gave me the information I needed with it. Big corporate chain, and preferred to go with an smaller chain, that can get the windows in town. I requested an online estimate, and scheduled me a time, measured the window, and showed me a few pages of what they do. He followed up, and I told him I went with a company that was three thousand dollars cheaper.

They are a top notch company that delivered. There were three people that came out and it took them about week from start to finish.

The sales representative was very informative and pleasant, and she followed up a couple of weeks after the new windows were installed. The installation was done promptly and, except for a coupe of minor items, expertly. The first minor item that disappointed me was the number of small glass shards I found on the inside floor up to 10 feet from several of the windows after the workmen had departed. They were large enough to cut bare feet (and carpet threads) but small enough to be hard to see and to vacuum up. The second minor item is that there are small visible dimples (after puttying and painting) where nails were driven to hold the new window sills. Given the high quality of the rest of the work, I was surprised at this.
